Pencoin Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but it seems that we have missed something...While looking at Mission 5 on the Agents website (launching in 9 minutes-yay!), I noticed this: A quick check of the Turbo Car Chase box showed that it was there too. It seems to resemble an upcoming Agents set... Volcano Base, anyone? Yes, all this time, we've had a sneak peak of Volcano Base and not one member noticed it. erm lots of people noticed it Quote
JimBee Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 umm... im new to the Agents line, but some people are saying they are realesed in August. Ive seen many reviews, as well as sets in stores (i got mission 2). So my question is, is the August release date for europe? Quote
The Rancor Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 (edited) Yes, indeed! Us Europeans will have to wait until mid-July (someone posted an 'Agents Titbits topic') Europeans will NOT have to wait until September to get at least the first 6 Missions! They will come out 10th - 20th July! Edited June 23, 2008 by The Rancor Quote
Batbrick Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 I've just found a better pic of Claw-Dette on bricklink: And an inventory of 8637 has been done too: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8637-1 Wow! Thanks Lego-Freak, Claw-Dette looks wonderful! I'm guessing that means Slime-Face has a different black.orange torso then, as this is distinctly female. Love the use of Spalko hair on her, and witches face, and as always great to have another claw arm. That's three in one set and five total, and I plan on two of the Saw-Fist set, so i'll get six! Batbrick Away! Quote
Darth_Legois Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 (edited) Just checked out the site looks pretty good You can select the diffrent missions and a diffrent game for each one. But you have to wait till its open.............. Edited June 23, 2008 by Darth_Legois_619 Quote

hollisbrick Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 I was hoping they would be out in July oh well. Was it one of those FREE catalogs at BigW and Kmart? I found mine at Target but the last couple of catalogues that I have gotten have been at Big W and K-mart, not so much toyworld and etc. Quote
Trudop561 Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 (edited) Does someone has the instructions for the volcano base and the deep sea quest? I would see the inside EDIT : I found them, they were at page 32 Edited June 24, 2008 by Trudop561 Quote
Trudop561 Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 Can someone take a picture of the 8636 deep sea quest second instructions part please? It don't work on my computer, I must close all internet explorer windows because it BUGS Quote
metalandi Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 What about downloading it and watching it offline? Quote
Brainbox Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 Wow, Claw-dette looks fantastic, thanks Lego-Freak. And the name is just so cool. As for the face, it's the barbed wire eyes that do it, I think Yeah, that's it. Not that it's a bad thing necessarily, as it's just the sort of HQ styling a megalomaniac in a camp spyfest would have. Sure the inside is a little bare, but that chair and talkscreen is cool, and it has a giant flipping laser! I do quite like the screens. They're just in a weird place, right in the middle of the main corridor. I'm guessing that means Slime-Face has a different black.orange torso then, as this is distinctly female. And unlike Harley, Claw-dette has two! Quote
Batbrick Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 Wow, Claw-dette looks fantastic, thanks Lego-Freak. And the name is just so cool. I think the name is very fitting too, that makes: Saw Fist, Break Jaw, Gold Tooth, Spy Clops (my favourite), Slime Face, Claw Dette, Anonymous second clawed guy, Generic Henchmen (we need more of those too) and Dr Inferno. Definitely a great 007 feel! Yeah, that's it. Not that it's a bad thing necessarily, as it's just the sort of HQ styling a megalomaniac in a camp spyfest would have. "Open Crater!" "Opening Crater!" "Close Shutters!" "Closing Shutters!" "Crater Guns Fire!" "Crater Guns Fire!" I do quite like the screens. They're just in a weird place, right in the middle of the main corridor. Well DUH! So he can say "Welcome to my Volcano Home Agent chase, things are really heating up! Muhahahaha! *strokes cat* And unlike Harley, Claw-dette has two! Yet she isn't twice as good Batbrick Away! Quote
Brainbox Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 Saw Fist, Break Jaw, Gold Tooth, Spy Clops (my favourite), Slime Face, Claw Dette, Anonymous second clawed guy, Generic Henchmen (we need more of those too) and Dr Inferno. Definitely a great 007 feel! Oh, the baddie names are the best bit. So blunt and camp, but somehow very cool. By "anonymous second clawed guy" I assume you mean the guy with the laser arm in the Volcano HQ. Well DUH! So he can say "Welcome to my Volcano Home Agent chase, things are really heating up! Muhahahaha! *strokes cat* But that pun has to be the worst one yet! And you'll be pleased to know Batbrick that I'm in the throws of starting work on an Agents comic, written and drawn (Lego style) by myself. I'm trying to write it with a good bit of camp and cheese, as I feel that it befits the nature of the line. Quote

Definitely a great 007 feel! Tje Anonymous jencjman is actually called Fire Arm And in regards to Clw-Dette not being twice the woman Harley is, thats very true, she may have two breasts but she's missing an arm, and thats crucial in any relationship! Quote
Brainbox Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 Tje Anonymous jencjman is actually called Fire Arm Fire Arm? To be honest, I should have guessed that. Quote
Batbrick Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Oh, the baddie names are the best bit. So blunt and camp, but somehow very cool. By "anonymous second clawed guy" I assume you mean the guy with the laser arm in the Volcano HQ. Yes I agree, I can just imagine the Agents groaning as the Doctor introduces each of them. And yes, I meant that guy, cool to see that he has a new face. Another thing i'll be doing is adding more generic henchmen to my team when I get the sets, at the moment we only get two dispensable workers! So since I only need one Break Jaw I'll add the criminal face and beanie onto two of his standard orange jumpsuits, and another onto the second Gold Tooth in the Mobile Command Unit set, to get five. What do you think? But that pun has to be the worst one yet! Yes, what's wrong with me! I can imagine it though: "You're a fine looking girl Ms Trace! And after you've been through my lava care facility there's no denying you'll be a Hot one! Muhahahaha" *strokes cat* And you'll be pleased to know Batbrick that I'm in the throws of starting work on an Agents comic, written and drawn (Lego style) by myself. I'm trying to write it with a good bit of camp and cheese, as I feel that it befits the nature of the line. Pleased kind of, I was planning to do an Agents comics using pics of the sets when I got them, with a massive onslaught of puns and Bondvillainesque plans! Fire Arm? To be honest, I should have guessed that. I love it! Batbrick Away! Quote

I really wanted to make a comic for the Agents line. But since you have more expierience, I'll leave it to you and meanwhile, I'll make some MOCs. Quote
Scyzoryk Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 (edited) Also I wanted to note this: Since KimT had to edit my post because I was talking about Agents in a Star Wars topic, might as well put it here. Look in the top left corner. On the left I think it's Gold Hunt, but the 2nd one on the right doesn't look familiar. Do you see a black car thingy? I tried zooming in but I still can't recognize the mission number. I know it's something new becuase I have all 6 sets and this one looks way different. EDIT: On second thought, that doesn't look like Gold Hunt. And that thing next to the car looks like a UFO to me It has a clear dome on top and what looks like Break Jaw or someone else with a circular black bottom. Where are these pics from? Brickworld? Yes, that is a pic from BrickWorld. Sadly, the Agents they had on display there were the missions currently available at Toys R Us. At least thats all I saw. I suppose they might have displayed more elsewhere. I think everyone was too busy drooling over the Death star to notice much else. -Tohst Quote
metalandi Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 (edited) The right one looks like it could be the backside of the 8636 Deep Sea Quest Box, but i'm not sure. Edited June 26, 2008 by metalandi Quote
Pencoin Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 beats me, but I'd say volcano base and deep sea quest Quote
WhySoSerious? Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 These two sets look totaly AWESOME! i am really looking forward to these new lego agents! Quote
Hayato Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 If u look really closely the one nearest is mission 3 gold chase and the furthest away is mission 5 car chase Quote
Scyzoryk Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 So I've been staring at those sets ALL morning and I still can't get anything out of it. But I'm 110% sure those aren't any of the 8 sets. The thingy next to the box looks like a black car. Dr. Inferno limo anyone? Quote
