The Pontellis are getting ready for the Merrynight celebration.

That is Alberto, Natasha and George da Pontelli are exchanging presents, drinking hot spiced wine (one of them is drinking banana juice) and eat the traditional banana cake.

And then they will relax by the light of their beautiful Merrynight Cactus:

(As you may know, there are no fir trees on Nellisa.)

This is an entry to the "Nellisan Merrynight Challenge" - Category B - Celebrations.

C&C welcome!

:pir-laugh: Great idea.  The cactus looks really nice!  The rest of the furniture is great too, and I really like the half-stud offset for the chimney!

Very nice build, Captain B, the furniture is great, and the cactus is excellent as well!   Just don't burn the house down over your heads now!

What a lovely little scene. Creative and unusual, yet still with a flair of christmas - that's exactly what I have hoped for with the challenge.

Thanks. The thing is, I take a piece of paper, put the MOC on it and take the pictures outside. Works great for me

(In the first version I had also included a knight's armour next to the fireplace - but it was getting too crowded)

Very nice. LOVE that cactus! And you always have interesting furniture for your interior builds.

:pir-laugh:  This is where the IKEA   Ay!KARR  MOC is paying off!

I had build a lot of furniture around that time.
