Hello Town Forum!

This is my first MOC I've posted to this forum.  I usually stick to the historic and occasionally pirate themes, but I had to come up with a MOC for work that depicted a farm.  I had originally planned to go with a classic American style farm, but since I came up short on red bricks for the classic red barn, I went a different direction with it and tried to depict what local farmhouses look like.  Overall I was pretty satisfied with this MOC, although I wish I had come up with a better solution for the roof.  Granted, it looks worse in these pictures than it really did in person, had I had a little more time, I would have spent it on the roof.  Anyway, C&C are gladly accepted!

You caught the look of these houses perfectly. Very good to see them represented in Lego - and it is so cute! :classic: The increasingly overhanging balconies are represented very well and of course you just can't do such a house without the flowers!  Very good!

I would perhaps add a couple of garret-windows to the roof. That would, however, likely increase the complexity of it a lot. And of course a chimney which gives you also the nice opportunity to add an old style "Kachelofen" (tile stove) to the build

First a read 'Bavaria Farm'....and as Bavaria is a Beer-brand here in the Netherlands.. i was pretty interested...haha..  The Farm you made is very, véry recognizable from my stays in Germany and Austria!! Maybe the roof is missing those tiny fences for packs of snow...?

Nice farm. Actually nice to see something else than the stereotypical American farms.

Great details there. I love that candle. Brilliant.

This is so reminiscent of the Swiss chalets I see dotted all over where I live. Really cool idea.  The roof is pretty good, but I do agree with LegoSjaak, that snow rails would have been a nice touch, as would a grey brick chimney running through the centre of the house.

I just wish I had the brick count to have a go at this sort of think myself. Keep up the great work.
