Palathadric Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 (edited) I'm tempted to tell Lindy that a rat helped us, but then decide against it and keep silent instead. "I believe there was a third tunnel that we have not yet traversed. Perhaps there is nothing down there, but...perhaps not," I whisper to Thalion. Edited April 23, 2017 by Palathadric Quote
StickFig Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 (edited) Matthias looks up at Lindy and doffs his hat. "I do believe they are, Miss Lindy. We found you thanks to Master Grunch," he says, indicating the greenskin with a wave of the topper. "He was the one stealing the toys - because they were all poisoned with a drug that allowed you to be kidnapped. He saved many children." After giving her just a moment to ponder, the druid begins to question the children. "Have any of you seen any other dark dwarves or automatons here? Or are there any other children in these tunnels that you know of? Have you heard or seen any others who are not here now?" Edited April 23, 2017 by StickFig formatting typo Quote

"You can be quite assured, Master Druid, that you will all be repaid most generously for your heroic actions. Including Mr. Grunch, here."Grunch pulls Thalion and Vindsval aside. "While festivities do make my heart swell right up with enjoyment. I don't think Mux and I'll will be sticking around long. If these children have homes to return to, we'd be willing to make sure the get there. I can at least vouch for the Thunder Ram tribe, good lot, they'll be glad to have these two returned to 'em." -obelix- Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Thalion nods at Grunch's words, ""Indeed you are right master Grunch, and I would be happy to have you with us as we escort these children to their homes. Since you know of the Thunder Ram tribe, what do you say we start with getting their kids home safely first?" Thalion turns around, "Children gather around and say goodbye to Lindy and the others, we are going to get you to your homes soon! I think first we will be going to the Thunder Ram tribe.", he says out loud. Quote

StickFig Posted April 28, 2017 Posted April 28, 2017 Matthias looks up, a tiny figure almost childlike, and smiles at the assembly around him. "Feast we shall, for these little ones were lost, and now are found." Quote

"Worry not, little one, these fine heroes and myself will ensure they are all returned to safety. Merry Grogmas little Lindy." "Merry Grogmas to all of us!"QM Note: I'll post the final stats soon, but feel free to make any last responses. I'm montaging the return of the children for time's sake, but feel free to expound upon the group's adventure back in the hall. Thanks again for sticking with me through a "Christmas" quest that managed to run all the way into April, it was a joy to have you all along and I'll be sure to provide more fun feedback in the QM Lounge. Thank you for your kind gifts, they are exquisite. Merry Grogmas to everyone!" OOC: WBD, what should we do with Small Presents that we received near the beginning of the quest? Are they relevant, or just an RP item, because I would like to have Thalion give one to Lindy as a farewell gift before the quest is over, if that's OK!? Edited April 29, 2017 by -obelix- Quote

He smiles warmly and gently peels back the paper wrapped around his gift. He looks at the strange metal object, turning it this way and that. It is beautiful Lindy, but what is it? Quote
