Not all who oppose our progress are the enemy.  If I can obtain our passage without the need to kill these three I would count it a small price.

If you truly have no need for the essence than i see no reason to pay you such a steep price.  For we often have great need of them.  One Vial for all is all I am willing to offer you. And a generous off is it not?

We value all Life Force.  Even that which we may be forced to take.  But we are experienced in this world.  The Path we walk often leads to our own falling and those small vials allow us to work for greater good.  Again, I offer you and your companions one vial, but I can spare no more, nor does it seem, would my companions.  Please do not force our hand in this.  He finishes diplomatically as he can, Phoenix essence still in hand.

With a might swing of his hammer, Monk Pretzel manages to completely phase one of the Yeti's into submission for a brief moment. Vindsval and Matthias both endure the icy touch of the wights and can feel their life force being sapped from their bodies. Thalion scores a solid hit with his broomstick as the animated staff quickly returns to him. Nerwen unleashes healing energies upon the last of the wights with some success causing it to momentarily withdraw from her.

Monk Pretzel turns to face the other Yeti and is taken aback at the shear size and ferocity of the monster. Vindsval lifts the curse placed upon him as Thalion unleashes a frenzy of magical inspired might. Matthias is unable to summon the healing power needed to bind his wounds, but Nerwen's blood ritual soon heals both himself and the paladin. Unfortunately two of the wights manage to suck more of the life essence from both Vindsval and Monk Pretzel
