This post will change significantly based on QM response: the Guardian Angel will protect both the party and the prisoners, right?
On a related note, Roots of Life would revive all the kiddos if Matthias had enough ether, right?

QM Note: Roots of Life will revive the kiddos if Matthias has enough ether. The Guardian Angel will not protect the prisoners though, only the Party

So he calls for help despite being asleep? :sceptic: That was kind of the point of throwing the bomb, but I guess I should have asked first.

I look on in dismay as the Dark Dwarf yells in his sleep.
"Great! Big plans for nothing."
I repeat my attack. Mux Repeats from the Front Row due to Guardian angel. Grunch takes on Tinker A from the Front Row.

QM Note: There really isn't a way to block passive specials, it's why they're Passive. :wink: I wouldn't worry too much, you guys have got this.:classic:

Vindsval's angel proves useful keeping the party from further damages as Matthias uses all of the extra ether afforded him by Monk Pretzel to revive the fallen children and restore the half-giant to full strength. Meanwhile Monk Pretzel buries a trap and moments later manages to snare one of the tinkerers.

A smile invades the gnome's face as the two children begin to cough, then breathe, then rise on beds of shimmering earthen veins. He switches back to his Extraordinaire and attacks dwarf tinkerer B.

Monk Pretzel again restores Matthias's ether reserves just as the gnome takes an axe to the side from one of the dark dwarves. Mux grows frustratingly as he fails to pierce the automaton's armor. Vindsval fails to avoid a tinkerer who rapidly dismantles some of the half-giant's armor. Grunch unfazed, moves forward blade in hand and deals a mighty blow to the tinkerer that sends him reeling. Thalion at long last joins the battle.

QM Note: Fixed and yes, though Free Hits to the Decoy will still be calculated normally, i.e. = enemy's level

Sensing that the tide of battle would soon turn, Monk Pretzel upgrades his weapon. Thalion unleashes a lightning bolt zapping one of the Automatons as Vindsval pauses to recover some of his ether. Mux and Grunch both manage to damage their enemies as Matthias fails to heal himself.
