Does anyone know which factory 'A' originates from? It's found on LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack boxes.

Can you share which part of the world the components came from? It should be at the back or bottom of the boxes. If you find China there, it's probably packed from China.

The outer box lists, Denmark, Hungary, Mexico, Taiwan, China, Austria, Australia and The Czech Republic. However the inner box with the LEGO contents lists Denmark, Hungary, Mexico, Taiwan, China and the Czech Republic, with the 'S' designation meaning that came from The Czech Republic.

Hello. Didn't notice no one clarified this yet... as you may know the contents could be produced in Czech Republic and China concurrently (like minifigs, bricks, toy pad, etc) and depending on the region or distribution only then the content and the packaging are packed together to produce the finished product (those that come in brown cartons).

So, to answer your question... it's not always indicative that when the finished product is marked from "China" that the plastic content also came from China, specially with 4-5 countries listed on the box. In addition, I only have 3 Dimensions Fun Packs.. and all of them are "R" (Mexico) because I got them from the US.

I noticed the other day a Lego listing on Amazon identified country of origin as Mexico. I'm glad they did and didn't notice them doing that before.

I used to buy from Amazon US and I'm not aware that Amazon is already putting this information for LEGO.

Country of Origin or COO is very important for import/export sales because depending on where the finished product originated, it may or may not have additional tariff. However, as I have already explained above, even if the product came from Mexico it does not mean that the entire supply chain cycle is in Mexico. Nevertheless, COO gives you an indicator where the final quality check and packaging took place.

O = Denmark (not confirmed)

I can now confirm this. I got the chance to look at a lot of Lego cardboard shipping boxes in a store. Every box had large stickers with the country of origin (where the sets are packed). Most said Czech Republic but a couple of boxes said Denmark and all sets in those boxes had the code O (Buildable rose flower sets).
