Hiya! I'm new to this forum, (but have been on others) and hope this is okay to post here. I did a search and results yielded nada...

Anyway...

I was thumbing through a gaming magazine today and stopped about half-way...

LEGO: Batman was given an "open-era" with which to work. Rather than just retelling an established storyline, the article describes the game with a new plot that gathers together all the criminal elements from Gotham. 1 line indicates the "levels will have a more vertical element to them."

Screen Shots from L-R:

1) A "thug" jumping down to fight Bats - or maybe he's being punched backwards... ;-) near a waterway or dock area.

2) Catwoman and Scarecrow standing side by side.

3) Bats in the Bathovercraft, with Robin on his waterskidoo thing.

4) A rooftop exterior of building. Croc is on an upper-level. The lower level shows Scarecrow (w/ glowing spot by hands - a bomb?). 4 "thugs" are also in the shot (w/ 1 being thrown back?) (1 w/ head off...) near Scarecrow.
