dx0 Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 US diesel FM H10-44 After assembly, I do understand that the width of the trains in the 4 stud I do not like. Then only 6+ :) p.s As usual, the details are not enough, because I dilute gray :) Quote
McWaffel Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 Well done, I like it. Maybe you could use a black base instead of an orange one. I would also add the little exhaust to the top and the horns in front of the cabin. Other than that I think it looks pretty cool. I've never seen such an engine before. Quote
pirzyk Posted January 12, 2017 Posted January 12, 2017 Nice, I do agree a black base plate would work well in addition to stickers/decals. Quote
dx0 Posted January 12, 2017 Author Posted January 12, 2017 Thanks. That black base I know, think buy a separate piece Quote
dr_spock Posted January 12, 2017 Posted January 12, 2017 Looks good if your goal is to use only parts from the 10233 Horizon Express set. I think some end handrails could be made from the set's flex tubings. Quote

ZCerberus Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 These pics are a tad on the big side. Next time please keep them to a more reasonable size. That said, I like this model. Never been a huge train guy, but I like the color blocking and shape here. It definitely compares favorably to the source material! Quote
legoman666 Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 Pretty good attempt! My only gripe is that American trains don't have buffers. Quote
