Hi all. I'm currently making a moc with some small sets. But I wanted to make some extended outriggers but the parts in the sets I'm using don't have 1x13 gear racks and the 1x7 gear racks are already used (which are anyways a bit too short). Is there an good way of making extendable outriggers without a gear rack?

Which sets are you using? Would folding outriggers work just as well?

I'm making a truck similar to 8258. I'm using the sets 42053,42040,42035 and 42047. These sets have most of the things I need. For the gear racks I don't want to use the ones from my arocs cause I only want use these sets. Folding outriggers would work fine only on the back of the truck.

Given the parts available, you could probably pull off something with a basic linkage system.
