This is sounding really good, actually. The cake suit being so big the figure has no legs sound hilarious, and the party clown should be great in other contexts. The spider suit sounds interesting, even though it's an obvious costume, Even with so many mascot suits, it sounds like there are going to be some really great new pieces and designs. The LEGO Fan should be really popular, too, especially since he's a CMF collector! I'll need him for sure.

I don't like that there will be the first time figures can't be told apart in packaging, though. That's going to be a pain.

Some of these are exciting.  The Dragon Suit should be great, looking forward to seeing how that one turns out.  Looks like I was wrong about the cactus arms.  Oh well.  Some of these sound a bit dumb to be honest, but that just saves me money.  No need for a Race Car Suit or a wearable horse...

Ow wow this list sounds really promising, plus i already have one of them (without the orange baseplate and the printed tile of course)!

i just don’t like buying cmf figs nowadays for the steep prices, but i think i definitely need at the least the half of them.

Bring on these pictures!!! Pictures! Pictures!! Pictures!!

Well I'm glad that at least four of these CMFs aren't costumed characters, as the balloon boy, girl, and clown sound like fun figures! Now I know that this Classic Policeman CMF may not be that useful to many, but I can appreciate that they are paying homage to the minifigure's beginning, especially by giving him a copy of his set.

Red Dragon Suit Guy – cool looking red dragon suit with black spikes on his tail and horns. Red wings attach to the back. Your going to love the head mold, the dragon looks tough.

Perhaps this guy will turn out much like your own design. :classic:

Are we sure the cake is a costume and not a guy bursting out of a cake?

It is.

Nope. The Dragon is a CHINESE DRAGON COSTUME :classic:

Oh, okay, that might be interesting.

Yeah, it must be something like this:

The description says the dragon comes with wings, something Chinese dragons aren't depicted having. I won't discard the possibility of the commentator not being up on the vagaries of dragon types, or that LEGO may have combined European and Chinese dragon features for the suit.

I don't think the mouse will be a new mould

Plus, the Cat costume brings a fish

And the spidersuit person carries a black spider (hopefully the new one)

Oh dang.  But they did say wings, so maybe not?

Dunno

The video mentions it's a chinese Dragon and doesn't mention the wings

So, there is a mistake in either the video or the post (which were made by the same person)

Maybe he saw the dragon first without wings. He also mentions horns on tail and headpiece. Doesnt sound like a chinese dragon to me

A Chinese Dragon sounds characteristic for this series, being often associated with festivities. But, on the other hand, a European one of medieval lore would be a nice treat for Castle fans.

You know, it wouldn't work with the established "one figure per pack" route, but I would have loved a multi-person costume, like a horse, or a donkey for the partygoers to pin a tail on.

And it seems Brick costumes will have the same piece assortment, so we can't tell them apart through the feeling method

One being a boy and one a girl, presumably they will have different headgear. It should still make it challenging though.

You're right

I misheard what the video said. The head is on top of the costume. So it's not like the face in only showing in the middle. So, they'll probably have different hairpieces.

Well that was the only animal ninjgo brought to the table, so luckily it is way better than that series, but still under par compared to the latest normal series :sceptic: Maybe the spider in black is the first with the updated mould also
