Does anyone know the measurements of the magnets and maybe where to find stronger ones.  I've had this set since new and not long after I got it, the lower panels started to droop.  I know this set is 15 yrs old and it's taken me a while to get to the subject.  Any info is greatly appreciated.

You could put this in the General Questions Thread.  Are you sure it's the panels that are drooping and not the frame bending?  It's a pretty common/well known issue for the frame to bend and sag due to the sheer weight of the set and the fact that the front support strut is placed too far back.  A simple change that helps somewhat is relocate the the strut to the docking bay.  That relieves some of the weight.  You can also increase the strength of the spine with additional brackets and plates.  You would likely need to replace some of the frame if its already begun to sag though.

Dont know if you can change the topic but it's set 10030 not 11030. The weakness of the magnet systems is well noted but I do not have a solution for you at this time.

Thx for the replies.  It's definitely the lower panels.  Of the 12 total lower magnets, 3 or  4 of them aren't even grabbing.  Tried switching w/ to magnets that seemed to still have some strength, but still get same issue.  As for the frame...still very rigid, no sag.  I just recently put it back together after it had been sitting in a box for years after my late dog somehow knocked it off the table I had it displayed on.  So, it hasn't been together for the full 15 years I've owned it.  I'm sure if it had, I would have issues w/ the frame work sagging under all that weight

Maybe you can borrow a idea used on the venator MOC (that partially reuses the construction principle of the ISD) to avoid magnets at all:
