AU$150. $100 less than I thought it would be. Google tells me that's only EUR93 or USD$140. That just seems so wrong.

I think it's a mistake; it is $270 NZD afterall. Thus I ordered it! X-D I wouldn't be surprised though if Lego do these "mistakes" as marketing experiments.

Yeah, i'm ready to order at least 3 Green Grocer sets myself, i have a project in mind for them.

I think he meant getting CC, MS and GG at the same time. ;-)

I've just secured a copy for me and one for a friend of mine. Crossing my fingers that it'll arrive at the post office quickly.

I just logged back on (busy weekend) and saw your guys comments. Then I had to log on to S@H!

Let me just say in this instance I am happy to be wrong - AU$149.99. Thank TLC!!!

Anyway, I put my order in - let's hope Lego honours it and doesn't send a 'we regret to inform you...' email... fingers crossed.
That is my fear. I received my first EMail from S@H and it says that it's GBP 149.99, even though the site and my on-line account says AUD 149.99.... :'-(

Don't stress too much - I put in an order 2 weeks ago with S@H and although my order was in AUD on the website the confirmation email came in with prices marked as GBP. (180 pounds for an ISD 6211 not $180 - what????) But I emailed Lego and they confirmed I had only been charged in AUD.

I hope so; I just checked my Order Status and it has been changed to GBP 149.99... *sing*

Maybe you should check with Lego - send an email.

Has the amount shown up on your card yet? You can probably tell if it's in AUD or GBP from that. Anyway, Lego can't legally charge your card again unless you actively authorise it. If they did I'm sure they'd offer a refund.

Anyway, 150 GBP is just as wrong as 150 AUD... Most confused!

It has to be a mistake. It's listed at GBP99.99 and Euro 149.99. The Aussie dollar is good at the moment but it's not that good!

I'm with you everthing is crossed ;-)

It's funny you know... I just thought to myself idly as I was walking to work, wouldn't it be nice if there was a pricing error on S@H and the price was $150 so I could get an extra one... Bizarre but true.

If only it was that easy to influence the price of Lego the world over. :-D

Surely there would be some rule/law that they have to honor the advertised rate(edit: price)? it may not even be a mistake, but a Marketing Gimmick/silent sale thing. Or a way to see how many people are actually prepared to buy this at a different price point.

I think they would have to honour orders placed before they changed the price (if they did change the price).

Australia is just strange when it comes to pricing, probably because we're such a tiny market. Generally we do better on the small to mid-range sets and worse on the larger sets. Ie, the smaller 2007/ 2008 Star Wars general sets were cheaper in Aus than in Europe and the UK, but the walking AT-AT and UCS Millennium Falcon were way more expensive, comparatively.

However, it's not like this hasn't happened before. I think the the Holiday Train was 99 Euros and was also 99 AUD (someone can correct me if I'm wrong as it's gone from S@H, but if it wasn't 99 Euros it was 89 or something similar.)

I can't remember the price in Euros, but it was $90 USD. It was one of the few times that Australia got a good deal! *sweet* I hope Lego do honour it...

I don't like waiting :'-(
