Hello Lego Fans!

I come to you with my project Another Level - is a bot, I want to put a duel Battle Bots :)

Currently I have an idea, which is realized in the middle.

I would like you show what I have to now build: D

// When making changes, he got a new name: harvester of sorrow //

That's easy, you want to build a bot with a spinning drum in front, like the Minotaur. See here what I'm talking about, this was an awesome fight :)

This will be my main weapon, very fast roller with spikes: D
Maybe tonight I'm done it will show you the final result :)

@ Braker23 - I once saw a similar solution but the Minotaur from your movies is impressive - my plan is similar: D
I wanted to model themselves on the machine to disarm the minefields: D

Haha, I was considering calling mine the Harvester of Sorrow, too! It looks menacing and dangerous, especially if it spins fast. Very nice...

I thought that we are back in 1988 when i red topic's name...

Looks good, although I would worry about the "teeth", they will probably pop out at impact.
I would reinforce them and use them in pair, something like this:

Thanks man;)
I was thinking of the name 'Gray Death', but after mounting the 'teeth' came Metallica and their song Harvester Of Sorrow.

@Agrof - frequent dental installation will not allow them to engage with the opponent. (Your picture is not displayed)

The chassis keep looking good but that "drum" has got roo many teeth and it is to light to cause any damage IMHO, any plan fir a bigger drum with maybe only 1 or 2 teeth? I can suggest you to take inspiration from beetle weight drum spinners, they have a particular 4 teeth design that is really cool

I'd cover the wheels, hold them on from both sides....you're gonna need them

Thanks for the hints, maybe someday I'll go to HoS v2: D

Now I think the robot is ready to fight, drum change is an interesting idea but it passed all home tests :)
Wheel guard is another weight and loss of mobility which interferes with my tactics;)

Probably all I will use to build in the future HoS v2 - I very much appreciate and gather in mind plans of construction .. probably will have another drum, will be more powerful and powered LiPo 11.1V - but the future .. live the present and excite ourselves with current works: D

Do the work, make the last fixes on your machines and fight: D
I am very happy with this contest and I am jumping for each of the displayed machines!

I invite you to watch and evaluate my bot :)

It has familiar to you from previous posts rotor and hook with breaking rope - so that it can nicely block the opponent by screwing into its rotating mechanisms: D

Harvester of Sorrow is bilateral so there is no way of overturning;)

Well I better stop wasting my time building my bot, because yours looks awesome. Nice job! It looks good and seems to perform good as well.

Lets see the main weapon hit something!

Great video, I like the editing. Maybe some back-and forth driving would be nice to see too. Could You embedd it here, please?

After seeing this, I am wondering if these claw elements could be used as well:

I am not sure about the open chassis - too many areas where the opponent can hook / grab into, but somehow I like the roughness of it.

I would also replace the 9L beams in the harvester for red ones (and also change the gray teeth), so the main weapon would be more homogen visually - it is just an optical thing.

The hook and the rope have the task of screwing into the rotors and wheels of the opponent, I do not want to be attached - it is the point of breaking and locking as the rope begins to screw.

As for the color I would also like to give a different color but I build from what I have. In Poland Lego sets are relatively expensive - and for single purchase to have a different color for financial reasons does not come into force;)

I chose the one I have most and joined so that it was not random.

I didn't meant the hook and rope, I got the point of it.  I meant the top and bottom "surface" of the bot, inbetween the beams and panels.

For the color: that was my guess too, of course it doesn't degradate the value of it, reasonable argument.
