If both primary polls have a minifigure at +2 on the other, I close the poll. If they're even, or one has just a mere +1, I wait until one has a +2 (and I am at a pc and I can verify this). If more 24hrs pass, I want to close the poll asap, so +1 becomes enough to close it. Quote
