Tough choice, I like them both. Hazmat edged it for me, as he can be used as a fleshie or yellow skin (or zombie).

How anticlimatic that Lady Liberty was eliminated by one vote after being able to make up that huuuge difference. :cry_sad:

Looks like I'm still rooting for the underdog. Go Hazmat! If he loses, fantasy will have 50% representation on the semi finals...

Looks like it's the end of the Hazmat. Viva la Elf!

Why are you cheering for the Elf? Hazmat is loosing against Faun. :sceptic:

It's sad to see the Hazmat lose

HOW IS THE MUSKETEER DOING BETTER THAN SQUAREFOOT!?

I voted hazmat, I'll leave now...

Because the Musketeer was the first (and only) of his kind, features that awesome hat and rapier (first minifigure to include those pieces), and the Square Foot is essentially just a recolored Yeti.  I like Square Foot, but the Musketeer is far superior.

On that note, I love both the quarterfinalists in this round, but the Faun won out for me.

IMO Hazmat is the only figure remaining that has any chance at defeating the Elf, and if the Faun upsets him here than the Elf has a much better shot at winning it all.

I love Hazmat too, this round was the first time I didn't vote for him.

It is all down to timing. If the vote started just as America was coming online for the day, she would have built up a large lead and then lost it (if everyone still voted the same way).

I waited 24 hrs so that everybody from every region could have voted.

However this is not a nation vs nation, I hope that if an american guy likes the diver more, votes for him regardless...

I'm an American, and I can honestly tell you, I didn't vote for Lady Liberty out of any sense of nationalism, I just liked her more than the diver. That being said, I understand the appeal of the diver so I am not upset she lost.

Yes, and it is good to allow 24 hours for all time zones to vote.

I was not implying that all Americans should vote for Liberty, but it wouldn't surprise me if she is relatively more popular in the USA than she is in Europe or elsewhere just because of what she represents. I think she is a lovely minifigure, and minus the flame and especially the tablet, makes a great statue for historical MOCs. But when it is head-to-head, she lost out for me.

I think the Elf has the overall victory in the bag already. Not even Hazmat can take him down.
