Posted April 9, 20177 yr Hey everybody! I don't post here as much as I should, but I figure I might as well start again. This is my latest and greatest MOC. Took me a long time to get it to a state that I was happy with. And it isn't fragile either! Take a look at the video I made of it for a sturdyness test and to see some of the techniques I used: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQdoRlA4ug8 A Weathered Lodging by Grant Davis, on Flickr Edited April 9, 20177 yr by Takkata
April 9, 20177 yr Very great build! At first glance I didn't even think this was made out of Legos. Awesome though and good use of colors, the ground plates make the structure really pop.
April 9, 20177 yr Wow ! Excellent technique to create a beautiful and realistic shed ! Congratulations !
April 10, 20177 yr Wow, what an excellent build! Thanks so much for sharing how you did it. So many builders are so reluctant to show the back side and inner workings of their builds and yet you've gone and made this great video all about it. Kudos!
April 10, 20177 yr That's a lot of textures and shapes you were able to achieve by using so many of those rods, lightsabers, hands, etc. Like peedeejay, I also wonder how the roof is built?
