Here's a workaround for Windows 10
  1. Rename setupldd-pc-4_3_11.exe to: setupldd-pc-4_3_11.zip
  2. Right click on setupldd-pc-4_3_11.zip and extract
  3. Delete this file: install_flash_player_active_x.exe
  4. Rename OpenGLChecker.exe to: install_flash_player_active_x.exe
  5. Run setupldd-pc-4_3_11.exe

Thank you for the suggestion, works good.

got to say thanx to all these people stressing about the same problem as me. I used the youtube method of yash yadav on one laptop and had no problem. On my other pc I i have wasted two hours and got nowhere. I will read all the comments above, in reverse order, using the theory that the combined wisdom of all respondents has increased the likelihood of a correct sol.ution towards the end. Just like humanity's inexorable upward progression to pure scientific understanding. I remain ever optimistic.:pir-wench:

I've tried all of them, and it still isn't working. Bunch of bricks that won't load, and several corrupt or randomly redistributed brick categories.

  1. Uninstall Lego Digital Designer

  2. Delete this folder also (otherwise a reinstall will not work):
    C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\LEGO Company\LEGO Digital Designer

  3. Install LDD 4.3.11 as described
