After the Bricking Bavaria Convention I finally had the time to photograph the City Hospital - 60204 Modular MOD.

I tried to keep the original Design and widened the building to fit in the Modular standard. I added one operating room (aqua) and a working elevator in the inner corner. All floors are tiled.

Additionally I modified the ambulance a bit: radiator grille added & the driver can sit on the left.

Thank you Allan, vehicles luckily don't take so long to plan and build like buildings , especially the next one:

It's a Modern Office Building, inspired by @Splat's Mini Version. It has about 4200 pieces. More pictures in the album.

1st floor: Café/bistro with separated restroom.

2nd floor: Conference room with big flat TV.

3rd floor: Office with 6 PCs and eating area.

4th floor: Architect bureau with drawing table and a special brick for architects.

5th floor: Roof terrace where the janitor is doing is work.

Your Modern office building looks like a great place to work at. I like the large windows letting lots of light in, and the exterior is very interesting to look at. Generally, I'm not a fan of modern architecture, but the curved shaped of this building is very appealing. Well done.

At this larger scale, you have packed in some great little details.  I especially like all the pieces of furniture, the floor tiling on the first (ground) floor and the fourth floor, the elevator in the corner, the way that you keep the walls and windows SNOT'd like I had in my Mini Version, and the way you used the leaf pieces on the first (ground) floor to cover up the anti-studs.  I also love that dust bin (trash can) design on the first (ground) floor and the roof terrace!

I have built a new elevator car for the Modern Office Building. The old car got stuck too often and fell apart, so I built one with technic liftarms and it runs smoothly now.

At the moment I'm not very active with LEGO, but I have built some Zero Turn Mowers & attachements after seeing a version by Criga88.

Consumer version with small tires, 4 wide moving deck and white/grey lever.

Very nice builds. The thing you did with the octan fuel station is something I am working on atm myself. Thus I am wondering how you made the price sign double sided and so neat looking. If you could explain how you did it, it would be much appreciated. Keep up the great work!

thank you for the interest. I don't have more pictures than in the album. I have to look for the parts list, but I think it isn't the newest as I made some changes while building. Rebrickable could be an option for the parts list, but I will not make an instruction, it would cost me too much time and effort.

Give me a few days.
