I think they should do a modular train station as the creator modular number 11

You mean number 14 :)

I hope they do a hospital theme but like do it as like emt rescuers. They would have the basics like a ambulance, a (hopefully very detailed but at a normal set price per price ratio) hospital. But it could also include some action rescue sets as well. For the next explorer line I could see them going with a savanna theme and including animals like zebras, lions, elephants, and if we are lucky giraffes and hippos. Hopefully they start making more than one big animal mold per line

Interesting idea... We did not get an elephant since Adventurers Orient Expedition! Zebras could be done easily with a new print on horse mold. Giraffes, hippos + Fun at the zoo... let's dream!

Time for my predictions:

Trains: guaranteed.

Police: I hope mountain or desert.

Exploration sub theme: hopefully either desert or cave.

Great vehicles: a new tanker truck,  camper van, forklift and delivery truck, a mail van would be nice, and finnaly, either an ice cream van or hot dog van.

New themes: hopefully hospital (with large hospital) a new harbour or mail theme. Farm isn't that likely.

60th town plan anniversary set: a replacement to Lego city's largest set (60097) - a mall. It would have the shops of town plan and would have between 1000 and 3000 pieces.

Those are my thoughts on Lego City in 2018!!! :)

Great vehicles: a new tanker truck,  camper van, forklift and delivery truck, a mail van would be nice, and finnaly, either an ice cream van or hot dog van. Friends got the van build for the first half of the year. Can't tell if it's a food truck or camper, though.

New themes: hopefully hospital (with large hospital) a new harbour or mail theme. Farm isn't that likely.  Maybe Summer or Fall waves, definitely not in Winter or Spring.

I think that the train theme is far too small.  Extra wagons, trains, an engine shed, passenger terminal, and cargo terminal are all required.

No, it is pretty much forest police 2012 but in the mountains.

Unlikely to see a City hospital given the new/current Friends Heartlake hospital set.

No mention yet of Antarctica that is supposed to land next summer?
