Talking of the Great White - I see the body on PAB, but no listing for the head?

I found the Great White head piece wasn't under the animals category for some reason. Try searching just "shark" and check the out of stock there.

That’s odd that it’s not listened under the animal category…

Thanks!

while we are at it - can anyone work out what the various ‘creature head’ parts are, which have no images?

You mean like this?

So if you ever find one like this, you can google for "Lego" & the ID.

E.G. "lego ID: 6441400/76923"

This gives you the links for sites like rebrickeable & bricklink where I can see that it's a Dragon's jaw.

With the recent reveal of the Animal Crossing theme, I sort of wonder if we'll see any animal molds come from that. While most mammals/birds/reptiles in the series are your (anthropomorphic) neighbors, another major feature of the series is catching realistic fish or bugs either to sell, to display in your house, or to exhibit in the game's museum. I could see the sets re-using some existing molds like the butterfly (ideally including some new decorations) or many types of existing sea creatures, and some creatures like ladybugs could certainly be represented by other printed parts as they have been before, but it would also be cool to get some new molds for things like dragonflies or the elusive (and valuable) Coelacanth!

Not gonna lie - if they made a coelacanth mold I’d absolutely need it despite having no interest in Animal Crossing

It would be great to get a flock of flamingos without being attached to a CMF.

Or Bricklink them without being attached to CMF.

Best solution would be to ask Lego for a Flamingo Battle Pack.

Yes, but being in a CMF makes them pricey on BrickLink.

I think I will throw a minifigure in one of those ideas - they would pose in a hot pink swimsuit and a flowery cap next to those flamingos…

One flamboyant minifigure with flamboyant flamingos. :)

Humanoids are not involved in the Flamingo Wars.

However, the elite Flamingo Cavalry have been known to ride into battle...on goats.

I don’t need Flamingo Wars. I need a gay flamboyant minifigure posing next to flock of flamingos. :)

Lego will need to design a body wear/ armor and weapons for these flamingos. LOL

Why? They're just flamingos, squabbling over the best shrimp-eating spots in the lagoons.

The Animal Crossing sets have been revealed! No new normal animal moulds as far as I can tell, but at least the hermit crab from the CMF is returning 😀

Noticed the same thing. More excitingly, suggests that it could make it to Pick a Brick next year - albeit likely in late summer.

Oh, then maybe I will get my wish for a Lego moulded shrimp! ...to go with the crab and lobster that we already have!

I feel like moulded shrimp would be too large, but a printed 1x1 round tile would work quite well!
