Good day. I've been building this for the past 2 weeks, but haven't really succeeded.
This is a model of 1991 peugeot supermini - 106.

Features:
-solid axle suspension on front and independent(?) on rear
-Buggy Motor for FWD
-BuWizz
-working steering wheel
-detailed interior
-openable hood and doors
I've been posting photo updates and got some critisism regarding it's looks without panels. I tried fixing that , but I don't want to use technic panels, I prefer the studded look of the model. One of the most problematic areas is the front not having enough slope and the headlights being slightly off. That's why I would like to ask for recommendations regarding this build, because I'm running out of ideas. Photos below, LDD in progress. The front axle is inspired by Piterx's Panda 4x4 one, but has been changed with my parts selection. Bricksafe gallery

Looks pretty cool. How fast is it? The rear suspension almost looks like independent sprung suspension on a torsion bar....

I am not sure what to change, but maybe layer a couple angled plates above the lights, would that look better?

It is quite fast ( 1:1 FWD from the fastest output with 711 grams) but the CV joints are too weak :sceptic: they tend to pop out if you steer too much at max speed . This happens because there's no support under them , so the front wheels can get negative camber.  IMHO it's time for lego to release small driven hubs that could be compatible with the old small suspension arms.

The problem with adding more angled plates is that the hood becomes quite weak , I'll see what I can do.

Mid-enginemotor front wheel hatch?  Awesome!. Like how tiny suspension is.

Building Technic model without panels is totally fine. I could only suggest revising model's front (especially hood-grille section), as it doesn't relate to P106 much, sadly.
