Severus A Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 (edited) This is a small MOC built in a rainy day. icm Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 Thanks for posting this. I like the simplicity of the build a lot; it reminds me of the sets that got me into Lego as a little kid. However, the blue nose cone on the helicopter is a little jarring. I suppose you didn't have the part in yellow? Quote

I suppose you didn't have the part in yellow? Thank you. That was the idea of the work. To use the old techniques and shapes with few actual elements. I like very much the 80s and early 90s spirit :) As for the nose of the helicopter, I have yellow elements but I wanted to use the colour scheme used for the plane in 31064 set.https://shop.lego.com/en-DE/Island-Adventures-31064 Edited June 11, 2017 by Severus A Quote
sander1992 Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 I was wondering about the "old style" in your title. But I see it now. Nice vehicles and the scene makes it complete. Quote
