Sarles Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 I've been working on this, today. Trying to come up with an interesting pusher plane design that has influences back to World War II. This first picture is from from where I was blocking in the hull of the design. This shows a bit more design work with the addition of a different windscreen as well as the support pylons for the wings to the man fuselage. I'm still thinking of whether or not to add wing tip pontoons. Feel free to add any comments you have for additions to this design. Quote
Kodan Black Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 (edited) I like the overall shape and concept. One thing you could maybe do is use something like: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3475b&name=Engine, Smooth Small, 1 x 2 Side Plate with Axle Holders&category=[Aircraft]#T=S&O={} on a hinge or some other way that it can rotate down and then up for the wing pontoons. I hadn't thought of those pieces for the wing pontoons. I'll have to keep that one in mind. Thanks! Quote
