Two questions concerning mines: Is a prospect build necessary for every mine? Or does each prospect build allow an unlimited number of mines of the given type? Does a prospect build of player A allow player B to set up a mine of the given type? As an example: I have discovered coal on Argentia, and wonder if Mesabi can set up a coal mine. I think we will stick to that, but we will let you know if we decide otherwise. Yes, you can cooperate like that. The prospecting build is to be considered a mining permit for the given material, and can be traded. Let me know if this isn't clear. Quote

Last month, Professor Thaum and Mesabi lent a hand (thank you!), but I would like to cycle through more people to a) get new inspiration, b) spread the workload, and c) ensure more people knows how to run the AMRCA. You will be working with one or more people from the brethren court (probably me, LS and KB), who will lead the process and make sure everything follows the spirit and rules of the aMRCA. (1) How much leniency do I have towards uniform design and colors? (2) Can I start out with a custom ship MOC, and if so is there a size limit (I assume I can't start out with a fleet of 80-gun, ships of the line?)? (3) Can I create and command my own private military force/companies whenever or do I need permission (I assume proper character progression is needed as well?)?
