ArchitectureFan Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 Hi there, I have been creating a few chessboard variations which I would like to share with you: This is the smallest chess set I have created so far (will be difficult to make it smaller). I am interested in your feedback. Quote
MAB Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 I have one similar to your first one, it is just about useable although I use 1x1 round bricks for the pawns so they don't fall apart so easily when moved. I doubt you'd be able to play with the smaller version. It will be just too fiddly to move the pieces, especially if there are pieces on neighbouring squares. Quote
Captain Braunsfeld Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 The chess sets and pieces look nice. Maybe MAB has a point here: Is it possible to play with the smaller set? Or was the idea just to have a very small set? Quote
kaelthas Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 I love these tiny chessboards! So nicely done here. Now you inspired me to make one. Thanks for sharing this. Really love it as a chess player Quote

You may be right, the second one is not playable .... but I just wanted a small chess set On 17.7.2017 at 8:12 PM, Captain Braunsfeld said: The chess sets and pieces look nice. Yes = just to have a very small chess set. 5 hours ago, kaelthas said: I love these tiny chessboards! So nicely done here. Now you inspired me to make one. Thanks for sharing this.
