It's not an exact copy, as far as I can tell.  Looks pretty neat, though.

You should put the clown-thing on the lower-left on Lego Ideas, for the lolz if it passes through.

Inside, there are a whole two pages of those clown people....

I am working on that blue truck thing from the cover but wanted to update the wheels and add a minimum form of independant suspension to takes up the least space.
