Thank god a Percival Graves figure!!! I loved his design in dimensions and am very happy I'll be able to have one in hand as well :)

Edit: And new posable short legs, new suitcase molds.... wow this line is definitely a minifigure revolution, I love it!

ARTICULATED SHORT LEGS!!!!!!!!

EDIT: THOSE ARE "TEENAGER LEGS".

Which ones are the 2 Rons?

It is a typo - there is only 1 Ron. The missing character from the list is Tina Goldstein

It seems that Harry, Ron and Hermione are based on Prisoner Of Azkaban; Hence why harry and Ron have longer hair and Hermione’s is more ‘tidy’

Looking more closely, im actually a bit disappointed “older” Harry doesn’t get a newly molded hairpiece and instead reuses the old element used in the Dimensions pack, which doesn’t seem to fit him very well. Given the young version has excellent hair (that I think would honestly fit his older self), I kinda wish we got either a new part or a reuse of the new mold for older Harry, not just the old style. I do love the fact that the invisibility cloak seems to have the classic stars pattern from the 2001 sets printed on the inside, which is a neat touch.

Maybe there is a chase figure but isn’t amongst the properly revealed ones? And it could be ollivander?

Short moveable legs! Hurray!!!!

This cmf series looks like a must buy series for HP fans. Well done! I'm not a fan sadly, but if i was i would buy everything HP lego is putting out.

Which i will chase are: The owl (with short-legged HP i guess?), Niffler (with Newt? Newt also has a print of that tiny little green guy on his torso. Very funny!), I like the black hair with grey sideburns, Voldermort and has that guy with headphones a tan carrot with a printed ?face? on it, or is that my imagination? Cause, if so, i want that lol.

This is above expectation! Best CMF ever. I don't collect Harry Potter, but there are som many nice parts here for mocing, so I probably buy most of them

They are not short. From what I can see, they are in the middle.

Like teenager legs

Robin in TLBM totally needed those

I really hope there are no chase figures at all. However, if they are among the 22 revealed today I think they'd be Harry with invisibility cloak and Dobby. Thoughts?

Short enough for me :-)

These are absolutely amazing, worth the wait for the reveal, the designers have done an amazing job! I cannot wait to get my hands on these.  countdown on!

Does the short guy with the bow tie has a new hairpiece? That's my old hairstyle back in the early nineties! I want that!

Mad Eye comes with a new polyjuice potion and a extra hair piece!

Wow, just wow. Where should I start, I'm just going to share my thoughts on all figures first.

HP

Pyjama Harry looks good, very usable fleshy Pyjama piece. Nice invisibility cloak, good replacement of the old one. Cedric, a real surprise, looks really good and it still fits next to the old tournament Harry his clothes. Older Harry, I like the printing, nothing too spe... wait, is those a new leg mold? Mad Eye Moody is just perfect, 10 times better than the abomination we got last time. I wonder if he has a dubble sides face to reveal Barty Crouch Jr.. Draco is just an easy way to get the Slytherin Quidditch torso, green broom looks kinda odd though. Trelawney is perfect, maybe best figure from the wave, new hair and new cup, this is the treatment McGonagall deserved. Older Hermione is a disappointment, hair doesn't really fit her, print is new but similar to Harry's. Crookshanks is nothing like he should be, looks more like Mrs Norris to me. Dean Thomas my boy,  looks just :wub_drool:. So happy they didn't skip on him. Finally someone to cheer in the crowd during a Quidditch match. Dobby is oké, the diary is perfect but I like the previous 2 head molds way better, this one is way too big. It reminds me of that weird LEGO ad from years ago saying ''Dobby has come to warn you sir''. Still gonna buy it, might be able to start SPEW with all 3 Dobbys. Flitwick, what could I say about Flitwick, the previous one was perfect, didn't know how they could ever make it look better, but they did it. Luna, very similar to last one, don't know which one I like better (nevermind, just noticed the fabric skirt, new one is a clear winner). Dumbledore, just YAAASSSHHH. He's exactly like I wanted him to be, the beard mold was just made for him (never mind, it's a new mold, even better). Neville looks nice, didn't expect this variant tbh. Really happy with it. Clever use of the headphone hairpiece. +bonus points for mandrake. A Weasley, really don't know which one, Bill? Fred/George? Nah it's Ron, with all joking aside nice torso, hair piece looked strange at first sight, but it grew on me and actually fits really well. The leaked Voldemort, actually happy, I really liked him. Cho Chang, finally Ravenclaw piece. Really happy with how she turned out.

FB

Newt and Tina are basically updated versions of the Dimension ones, now I don't have to buy those, thank you Lego, you just saved my wallet a little bit. Queenie finally has a more neutral expression. Jacob is in his regular outfit, really happy about this. Credence looks alright, nothing too special, wonder what his newspaper says. And last but not least Percival, with luckily a good faceprint for Grindelwald.

There is also this random owl, no idea where he belongs to.

So what am I missing. First of all Sprout and Lockhart are noticeably absent. From the students there's also Ginny missing. I hope they're saving them for a future Chamber of Secrets otherwise I'm kinda disappointed, especially since all other main students and all DATDA teachers have been made. Also no Sirius and Pettigrew ):. I also kinda wished for the Dursleys, since I'm not expecting a Privet Drive 4 set, but they were kinda obscure anyway. Oh and where is Ollivander?

With that said I think this serie is amazing, perfect mix of HP and FB figures and it really supports the sets in a good way. Gonna collect all of these, I love them.

Forgot some things

I'm so hyped. The bowtruckle on Newt's jacket is a really nice detail

Did anyone else notice that this cmf is only based from films 1-4 that leave a possibility for there to be another Cmf down the years!!!

This series is incredible. The only complaint is I wish we got Sirius Black instead of 2 Harry figures. I’m glad to see Fantastic Beasts getting some representation and I might have to get 2 of the Queenie figure so I can replace her head from the suitcase set. I can see the following new molds:

Mad-Eye’s hair

Trelawney’s hair

Trelawney’s teacup

Dobby’s head

Flitwick’s hair

Flitwick’s megaphone

Luna’s hair

Dumbledore’s hair

Dumbledore’s beard

Mandrake head

Mandrake leaves

Nagini

Harry/Ron/Hermione’s new medium sized poseable legs

Newt/Jacob’s suitcase

Queenie’s bread

No lockart for the CMF, i am sad ...

This wave is great except for one thing - Lee Jordan doesn't have dreadlocks! Maybe the figure is actually based on Dean Thomas?

It is indeed Dean Thomas

A potted Mandrake lol. I want that!
