Posted October 2, 20177 yr Hallo Eurobricks! Because of my dark ages I missed the great Milano 76021 set. So I bought the second Milano 76081 and rebuild it like the first Milano. I also did some modifications like the color theme, used the new canopy and the small wings are in brick build because of the missing panels. I hope you like it and comments are welcome. October 3, 20177 yr Very cool! You took the design features of both sets and built them into the perfect Milano. Awesome job!
December 14, 20177 yr Hi. I love your Milano. My son and I are big fans of the movies and the ship. And I am getting him a Milano for Christmas. So, is your mod mostly the first version (76021) with changes made with parts from the second version (76081)? And do you have any written instructions I can get so my son can make the mod easier? Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Thank you and Happy Holidays! Hi D-Train, sorry for my late replay. I have no instructions for my build. I took the part list an from the frist Milano (76021) and orded some parts that where missing in the second Milano (76081). Most of the build is the frist version with some color changes, only the wings are brick build mods (picture 'Milano_3') because of the missing technic panals in silver grey. Its very simple. For the new cockpit disc I also changed same parts in the cockpit area. If your question is current than I can make some more pictures. Greetings MAG85
April 18, 20204 yr This Milano is amazing. I'm actually getting the second version of the Milano, so maybe I should try to moc it. But this is fantastic and so good looking.

I think I will also add a stand in the future.
April 20, 20204 yr Awesome rebricked build! I'm not a big fan of SH sets, but I really like the Milano set (only he original one)! :) I missed the set as well and bought it on Bricklink after watching GotG 2. Did you modify the back part of the ship? I wanted to have more space for the crew so I removed the big radio part and connected the printed tile to the hull.

No, I haven't modifiy the back of the ship. You can see it in picture three. Only small Groot and Rocket is placed there. Your idea with the integration of the radio is good. I also like the position of the seats behind Star Lord. For more space the structure of the Milano needs to be revised.
May 26, 20204 yr Author I took my Milano out of the box and modified it a little further. Milano-Update, on Flickr - the wings have been revised - the area behind the cockpit has been completely redesigned - the lower part of the fuselage is improved - the Milano is now sitting on a stand. What do you think? I am currently reworking the nose based on the 75081. More pics will follow.
