I'm a huge fan of Mars Mission sets...but only half of them. The alien ships I like not so much, so I took some parts from unassembled alien ships and made my own saucer. It's nothing spectacular, but it's compact and I like it.

The feel of it reminds me of the Snowpeeder sets for some reason.

Back when I bought the Mobile Devastator this summer, I liked it, but not enough to burn as much shelf space as it would require to permanently display it. So I took the thing apart and built something else. I call it the Robot Doomwheeler.

When LEGO revealed the Troll Battle Wheel from this year's Castle line, I couldn't help but notice the similarities, so I was very interested in how they had tackled the problem of keeping a central section up between two large wheels. I ended up having a trailing boom with a smaller wheel...their trigger handle on the Troll Wheel isn't too different. Guess there's only so many ways to execute this design :-P

The Robot doomwheeler is hilariously evil, I like it far, far better than the Mobile Devastator, especially the way you've done the top cockpit and those awesomely huge wheels! 8-

Yeah, if you look at the underside of the second picture, you can see the barrels of the cannons I mounted in shallow recesses underneath. Totally forgot to get any pictures of the underside.

I have not seen many jelly mars mission MOCS and these are great, I love the compact little saucer!

And the alien troll wheel looks very good, with the huge wheels and thousands of guns! I like the lime green colours too!
