Not microships, but vignettes similar to the builds required for increasing ship limits. Although now that you mention it ... @Bregir, can you address the question of a microship for a sistershipping required build?

Thak you Capt Wolf, and great writing, I forgot to mention that.

By "administrative", I guess you mean building some microships and microscenes?

I can and I will :pir-wink:

The sistershipping build simply needs to bring into the lore that the ship is sistershipped. So the only official requirement is that it (clearly) tells the story of you sistershipping a vessel. Thus, it can be a micro, a vignette, part of a larger story build, a property, etc.

NPC ships don't have nations assigned automatically, so feel free to pick whatever works for your story. Next time, if you're going after specific NPC nations, PM me at the deadline and I'll work it into the interpretation of the results. (Or PM me now and I can make an executive decision about NPC identities for this month as more info comes into the KPA editorial offices.)

@Kwatchi I would add that you should not define non-existing wars. So if you are being attacked, pick a nation (or independent pirates) for your story that would make sense. In short: Don't "misuse" it to incriminate someone, accusing them of attacking you. :) As CW says, in the future, these things will be defined. It's a learning process for us still. :)

Well, that's going to need some spoiler tags.

I'm trying. It keeps crashing on me when I try to move anything to spoilers.

Edit: Finally got it to work!

Noooooo! Complete disaster! Worst possible outcome! Damn you accursed sea rat filth! Pirates the lot of you!

Well, it seems like I have to build some character development after this, Lawliet's view on Sea rats pirates will not have improved!

Great work on the writing!

I know my ships engaged pirates, but I don't know much else.

The KPA editors reached out to our sources in the eastern seas and can add that the pirates had two ships, a brig (class 4) and a three-masted ship that was well armed (class 5). It seems that the eastern islands, having been so recently settled, appear to be easy pickings for some enterprising sailors disillusioned with their trade luck of late. Our source reports that the merchant captain was recently deposed by the crew and has just found his way back west. It would appear that the WTC may have some upstart mutinous pirates in their backyard.

Were the bonuses from Challenge 5 already calculated in? If not of the ships I put forms in for: Alexander in started and stopped in Marderian ports, and the HMS Alice started in King's Port which is also a Marderian city per the map.

To confirm: The Alexander received the challenge 5 bonus. HMS Alice did not, as it is based only on final destination, but I have gone back and added it since that requirement was not made clear. So, HMS Alice profit adjusted to 56, and @blackdeathgr's Crete profit is adjusted to 91.

For the next Trade MRCA, note that Terraversa is no longer a Mardierian city, and that to receive the Challenge 5 bonuses, a ship most end its trade run in the relevant port.

Thank you for the clarification of the rules going forward.

Has the news sources heard any rumors of the dastardly pirates putting captured merchant vessels up for ransom auction?

Our editorial offices have indeed heard that preparations are being made for auctioning off ill-gotten booty. We hope to know more from our sources in the Sea of Thieves after this weekend.

I totally feel you! But seeing how Sea Rats fared during Era I, this MRCA result is more on par with their capabilities. Strike fear me hearties on the hearts of your enemies (and wait for our glorious Navy to crush you all!! Muhahahaha!  )

Note to all. We will be making adjustments to the tMRCA so the results for this month may differ significantly from following months.

kaiju's King Archibald is missing from the list as is the Sea Rat Faction ship Corporal Milton. They were on the same run with my Darting Frog.

What port were they headed to, and what is their cargo capacity? They came up with an error message in our data output that we thought meant they were licensed but not entered in the Trade MRCA.

They sailed: 8 [Arlinsport-209] to 38 [Bastion-163] (8, 10, 12, 11, 38). Admittedly, this was the first run I was entering so I may have made a mistake. But I thought I had them in right. The other 3 in that trade run had results.

What were the other three in the group? Cardinal and Misfortune's Revenge (along with the Darting Frog)?

I think there were some typos in their names in the form, which have to be picked up manually. At least I seem to remember finding this in my later experiments with the form responses.

So take care to check your spelling :)

So Cardinal and Misfortune's Revenge made it to Bastion. What is their cargo capacity? (I can't find the ship stats right now.) Or are they just armed escorts?

How would this work? If they are not spelled correctly in the form, how should we id them?

Well, its more about confirming that you didn‘t have a typo in your submission as in checking if the forms for TMRCA/AMRCA contain a ships name at some point. Could be a cool thing, but probably something we shouldn‘t be discussing here ;)

Cardinal and Misfortune's Revenge already have results. Cardinal made nothing and MR made 21DBs. It's King Archibald (don't know the cargo, maybe @kaiju can tell you) and Corporal Milton (1 Cargo space) that we need to know.

Sorry, that's what I meant, King Archibald and Corporal Milton. They made it to Bastion, and I'll figure out what the payout should be.

King Archibald is Cargo 3.
