zero1312 Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Why do I get the feeling, that I know the date and that this won't ending well? Quote
KDog Posted September 15, 2008 Author Posted September 15, 2008 Does anything ever end well in this comic? ;-) Quote

DJ Force Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Is it really 4 month ago now? Wow. I´m REALLY looking forward as to how this is going on. Poor Schwartz, he should stick to his 3D-film girls. Seems he has more chances with them as with real women Quote
Adam Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Woah! Have I missed all of this?! Those last three were great! And for once, I'd of thought that Shwartz could have had it his way. Quote
The Mugbearer Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Poor astronaut! xDDD I like it! Quote
zero1312 Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 Well, that was unexpecting at its best. Quote
Batbrick Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Great new strip KDog, an a real shocker! Didn't see that coming for sure, can't wait for the next bit. Please hurry! Oh, and I love the references to the four months this took too. Batbrick Away! Quote
KDog Posted September 20, 2008 Author Posted September 20, 2008 There's been a sizable gap this week between comics because I've been really busy with my regular job and my freelance work. So, I finally finished a new comic today and went to post it, only to find that my host, Drunk Duck, is malfunctioning once again. *sigh* I'll post the comic as soon as that site allows me to, although I'm gonna be out most of tonight rockin' it up in Philadelphia. KDog Posted September 20, 2008 Author Posted September 20, 2008 Okay, it's finally up! Just in time, too. I was about to walk out the door. Thursday Night, At Last (Part 2): http://www.drunkduck.com/Lego_Space/?p=463618 Quote
Batbrick Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 Great new ep, I'm glad you managed to post it before you left! I'm even more glad how things turned out, I thought she was playing for a second there *phew* I'm very interested in what the place is, I just hope it isn't the nightmarish place we saw with the dead Captain Dash. If so, I'd hate to be them. Batbrick Away! Quote
Adam Posted September 21, 2008 Posted September 21, 2008 Whew! Thank God! For a second there, I was on the edge of my seat! I am SUCH a noob. Quote

KDog Posted September 21, 2008 Author Posted September 21, 2008 Glad you liked it, guys. I could have gone a lot of ways once she pulled the gun, but I wanted them to have an actual date! No one said it had to be easy, though. Quote
KDog Posted September 21, 2008 Author Posted September 21, 2008 Drunk Duck, the site that hosts my comic, is now totally down after only making uploading difficult yesterday. As it's not clear as to when it will be back online, I'm going to temporarily switch to posting the comic on SmackJeeves, which is a good comics hosting site but is too limited on image size and length for me to normally use it. I had to post the comics in JPEG again, BLECH! Here are links to the first two parts of "Thursday Night, At Last"; the first part was posted last Tuesday and the second part was posted yesterday, so I imagine some of you might not have gotten to see the latter before Duck crashed: Part 1: http://legospace.smackjeeves.com/comics/46...at-last-part-1/ Part 2: http://legospace.smackjeeves.com/comics/46...at-last-part-2/ And, here's a new comic! Part 3: http://legospace.smackjeeves.com/comics/46...at-last-part-3/ Quote
Batbrick Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 Great new ep KDog, I like that you are showing a bit more of Valkyries character, even if you are teasing us with that "almost kiss" I'm eagerly awaiting the next part, excellent use of the Lego Yeti too! Batbrick Away! Quote
Wilhelm screamer Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 Parts 2 and three don't work All it goes to is a page that says; does not exist. Quote
Inertia Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Parts 2 and three don't work All it goes to is a page that says; does not exist. They do now, or at least on my computer. Great new comic KDog, I didn't expect the yeti though. Quote
KDog Posted September 25, 2008 Author Posted September 25, 2008 (edited) Yeah, Drunk Duck hasn't been letting me update my comics because they're PNG files. I hope they fix it soon. That's why the story has been stuck on part 1 there for over a week. What I might do is just use JPG with less compression in the meantime. And yeah, I've been mirroring this storyline on Smackjeeves, which has parts 2 and 3. Part 4 will be up soon. Edited September 25, 2008 by KDog Quote
Zorro Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 yup, looks good. Like the Yetis too I love these home-made comics, the pirate comics are extremely good too! Quote
KDog Posted September 28, 2008 Author Posted September 28, 2008 Okay, we're back in business! Sorry for the delays. Drunk Duck is having an issue with larger file sizes, so I was forced to go back to using JPEG. However, I discovered they don't look so bad if I convert to PNG first. Using smaller image files was something I needed to do for awhile, so perhaps this is for the best. Still, some compression shows in places. :-/ Anyway, here are links to the "Thursday Night, At Last" storyline on Drunk Duck, including a new comic! Part 1: http://www.drunkduck.com/Lego_Space/?p=462100 Part 2: http://www.drunkduck.com/Lego_Space/?p=466205 Part 3: http://www.drunkduck.com/Lego_Space/index.php?p=466337 Part 4: http://www.drunkduck.com/Lego_Space/index.php?p=466343 Quote
Darth_Legois Posted September 28, 2008 Posted September 28, 2008 Nice comic, Lol "I will dismember you!!" xD Im guessing hes going too defeat the snowman and win the babe? :P Nice comic, waiting for the next one... Quote
Scouty Posted September 28, 2008 Posted September 28, 2008 Hehe, that was funny . I think I know what's going to happen next, though. Quote
Batbrick Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 I can see where this is going, but am by no means disappointed. Love the stroy panning out right now, and the dialog here is great. Love Shwartz' brief moment of enlightenment there, and even more Valkyrie's comments to Shwartz as he takes off Now bring on the next episode! I'm getting withdrawal symptoms here! (Also, nice use of the Yeti, I love the oft Johnny Thunder appearances in the series) Batbrick Away! Quote
