ETELENZOS92 Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 (edited) Hi guys! I bring you my new MOC that represents the first half of the movie The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. This MOC begins in Hobbiton (The Shire) through the Old Forest where the Hobbits meet the Nazgûl, the Brandiwine river, the village of Bree, Weathertop and Rivendell. You can see the rest of the images in my Flickr album: https://www.flickr.com/photos/127927778@N04/ Edited November 16, 2017 by ETELENZOS92 Quote

Littleworlds Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 Really neatly put together. Hilarious little scene where the hobbits hide from the nazgul! Quote
ETELENZOS92 Posted November 19, 2017 Author Posted November 19, 2017 (edited) New pics! A Knife in the Dark The Nazgûl ask for Baggins Arwen and Erlond at Rivendell Frodo! come on! Rivendell Gazebo Edited November 19, 2017 by ETELENZOS92 Quote
CrimsonGuard Posted November 19, 2017 Posted November 19, 2017 This MOC is simply incredible, probably one of the best LOTR MOC's I've seen. I love how you managed to implement so many scenes from the movie in such a "small" diorama and actually manage to tell the story of the first film. I really, really hope you'll also do the Two Towers and Return of the King! Quote
zoth33 Posted November 20, 2017 Posted November 20, 2017 Very cool how you combined all the scenes into one diorama. I really like the pick with the witch king and the hobbits at weathertop and the one where the nazgul chase the hobbits. The builds are great so many little details. Your pictures are excellent. I love the architecture and landscaping of Rivendell. Great job Quote
sander1992 Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 I agree with zoth33. This is a great build with a nice combination of scenes. Thanks for sharing. Quote
Black Numenorean Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 great moc, you contribute to keep the lotr theme alive! Quote
Marishka Posted November 24, 2017 Posted November 24, 2017 It's wonderful! So many details, and LotR series is one of my favorite! Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted November 24, 2017 Posted November 24, 2017 Just a big WOW for a great MOC! Quote
ElectroDiva Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 This diorama is fantastic - each of the vignettes is very atmospheric. Love the fact that it is dual sided with the story continuing on the rear. What do you have inside there in terms of support for all those structures? Quote
MovieMocs Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Awesome! I love how it captures all the scenes in such a small area, in such great detail Quote
Criosphynx Posted December 1, 2017 Posted December 1, 2017 I also want to applaud your photography skills and use of different lighting. Bravo Quote

I had first thought of creating a joint Diorama of Lothlorien, the Argonath- and Amon Hen within a time, and later I would also love to recreate The Two Towers and Return of the King. =D On 20/11/2017 at 1:00 AM, zoth33 said: Very cool how you combined all the scenes into one diorama. runnybabbit223 Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 Where's Strider? Really nice MOC, I love that recreation of the ferry scene. Quote
elementary Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 Great capture of the hobbit houses. I really like the round doors. Awesome work of bringing the whole movie into one build without overwhelming the viewer. Quote
AmperZand Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 A brilliantly executed multi-scene diorama. Fantastic in every sense! If I could change one thing - and I appreciate this is idiosyncratic - I would make the minifigures yellow, not fleshy. Quote
