Interesting. These boxed "Iconic" promotional sets have gone from CMF remakes, to altered CMFs, and now to completely all new designs. 

If we are to continue to see many more of these promotional sets in the future, I wonder if this is the new, set precedent for them, or if we may see additional ones that take after the initial ones (a.k.a. unaltered and/or altered CMF designs).

Cool, a new color paint brush tip! To my knowledge, it has only ever been green, so hopefully this will pave the way to many more colors. I also love the printed egg, and hope to see more designs and colors there as well.

I certainly wasn't expecting the theme to head this direction. 

Well, it would be interesting if we saw Brickheadz caricaturizations of specific past CMFs for the theme in the near future.

Hanukkah is vey specific to Judaism, while Christmas has evolved far outside Christianity. Same goes for Easter. Santa, reindeer and a bunny that hides eggs on the Sunday after Passover have nothing to do with Christianity.

I'd be a lot more interested in costumed CMFs if they had printing and dual molding like this. Heck, anyone who doesn't care about those guys would then at least have some incentive to purchase them.
