Red Moon Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 (edited) Hello everyone, just joined not too long ago, I'm someone who always loved the mechanical ability of lego from an early age, and I think I've found the right place : ) Just recently, I took to spending far too long on Digital Designer, and here's one of the projects I want to share with you. It's a sci-fi-themed vertical sliding door that is different from most as it uses a 'worm' mechanism to push the door upwards and downwards. I do not have the facility right now in my life to start collecting all the pieces, so building this without tangible Lego was a bit challenging to say the least. Anyway I'd really like to hear your thoughts on this project, whether or not you think it could work etc, and I'm more than happy to share it with you.
