Hi Guys, it's been a while...

Yesterday the last parts arrived, and today I started to build:

  • KikoTube changed the title to Chevrolet C10 1972 / WIP - Physical Model

Looks good thus far. My only recommendation is to change the "license plate" to a 2x3 white tile, as it replicates a US plate better.

Right on, great to see you finally building it in real bricks. Looks good so far, looking forward to following your progress.

Finally! I've been waiting to see this one finished, will follow with interest!

Yes, that or you could leave it off altogether, as several states don't even require a front plate.

That is how I would start in the first place. It looks very nice; specialy front part

Note: the next picture shows the most components togheter. They are not fixed, just laid on top. But it should look something like this:

Despite the fact that I like more beam / panel built model, brick built has its charmes...even I have changed front part of my moc and built it with plates and bricks (and slopes) instead of beams and connectors. @KikoTube you're welcome. Keep with nice clean design

Go Bricks! :classic:

I figured that Technic Chassis and Basic Bricks as Body fit perfectly to me. So the good old Model Team style..

A vid of the Suspension, the weight and spring strength ratio seem to be perfect.

Wow, it looks amazing!:wub:Looking forward to more photos. And maybe instructions?

Looks great! The bumper and grille area is by far the best part. Did you forget side mirrors?

Thanks Ludo, i don't think that many People would like to build it, so i don't think it would be worth the work. But if you personally would like to know something 'bout it, just send me a pn ;)

Thanks Beck, yes i forgot to put the side mirrors on... sadly

Btw. i did not Forget about your recommendation with the White 1x3 plate. It's on my ToDo-List

Hey, here is an idea for you. After you finish building this model completely, you can then modified it and build a "Farmtruck" dragster (race) version of it just like one Farmtruck and Azn drive in the "Street outlaws" TV show on discovery channel.
