I was just thinking that TLC should make one 10th Anniversary for the PT and one for the OT that way everybody is happy. Just my opinion. Does anyone else agree with this?

thanks, yoda! yeah, sadly, not enough endor... but the ewok attack is really cool! i dunno, tarful, sure it would please everybody, but to divide the glory of the anneversiry set in two, is well... not cool |-/

How would getting 2 totally awesome huge sets celebrating the 10th anniversary of Star Wars Lego instead of 1 be not cool. :-P X-D :-D Just think of it as adding instead of dividing.

i mean, yeah, it would be awesome X-D , but there should only be one set to represent it, to be iconic. ;-)

but, endor bunker and jedi temple would be the best! *wub*

I totally agree with you about getting both a Endor Bunker Playset and a Jedi Tedi Temple!

That would be friggin' sweet! :'-)

PT

Minifig Scale

Jedi Temple *wub*

All of them are great choices but we need something that would only be done for this and has no chance of ever appearing again. Eventually we will get a Tantive IV since it is a very iconic ship and scene but we don't need i for the 10th anniversary. The Endor Bunker we may not see so that would be my second choice, we would get loads of new figs with it(Han,Leia, Luke,Rebels)plus cool foliage and such, but I would rather see the temple

The temple during the 501st attack would be even better but if it wasn't during the attack we could get all the cool jedi that we have missed out on like Yoda, Mace, Plo Koon, Ki Adi Mundi.........but no 501st clones :'-(

Maybe a compromise of before and after X-D

No Endor set since the change of colors and the fleshies !!

*yoda*

Well we did get the new AT-ST last year. How did you forget that great set *yoda* :-D .

Wasn't it suppose to be a Hoth set ? :-P

*yoda*

It would have to have great heating in that little tin can or the driver would freeze! :-D

The box-art had the endor bunker in the background :-) .

Errr... Maybe not *yoda* ... Al Gore just sent a Hologram from Hoth with some really bad news. Seems all those nasty AT-AT's & AT-ST caused uncontrolable Global Warming, hence Lego felt complelled that they needed another Hoth set, hence the background for the Set. The good news, is that the Whampa's have elected Al Gore... as lunch... :-D :-D :-D

Tantive IV in Mini-Fig scale... and I would prefer OT sets... but to be honest I like a lot of the PT sets even though I disliked the source material. For example, I disliked the MTT in the movie, but I loved the recent set... *wacko*

How can you not love this,Sinner? :'-(
'cos it's just a floating hunchback box.... and it isn't highly believable or practical either. Look how long the deployment sequence takes; if the Gungans had any brains they would have thrown those giant testicle things then and the fight would have been over before it started :-| .

The same could be said for plenty of other stuff in Star Wars. The AT-AT isn't really practical. It too is slow and that's part of why it able to be tripped up. Same for the AT-ST.

You're telling me this? :-D Since you don't seem to know, I think most of Star Wars is highly impractical. For this reason I consider Star Wars Future-Fantasy, not Sci-Fi. But honestly, the concept of a heavily armoured hovering APC is just silly and it makes a walking APC seem sensible. For all the effort required you might as well make it fly. The AATs are even worse; whenever they fire their energized shell projectile launchers due to their lack of anchoring they would recoil backwards for several kilometers. :-P Hovering heavily armoured ground based vehicles will never happen. (But there's nothing wrong with heavily armoured slow vehicles.)
