kc2dc Posted December 14, 2017 Posted December 14, 2017 (edited) This was a fun little build. Even though it was not totally custom as I used much of the architectural details of the Friends set, I still think it turned out nice. I always thought the orginal set was boring, but it still has some nice details that should be used in a set. So when the set went on sale, I bought two of them (it took quite a few additional bricks as well) and put this together. If I aqure some more windows, I make try to expand it, but for now, I like the size. It will fit into my city nice. So if you are interested here is a video and some pics. Any feedback is appreciated! Edited December 14, 2017 by kc2dc Quote
beverly888 Posted January 11, 2018 Posted January 11, 2018 Looks pretty good. I see you've MODed the school bus, too. Cheers! Beverly Quote
Darnok Posted January 12, 2018 Posted January 12, 2018 Very nice, and a great way to use that particular Friends set. My only criticism would be that the walls are pretty "empty" on the inside. It makes the interior look a bit aseptic. There is also a serious lack of blackboards. The bus is modded beautifully though, and the playground is a nice touch too. The facade is done very well, having some ornamentation without overdoing it. Well done! Quote
kc2dc Posted February 5, 2018 Author Posted February 5, 2018 (edited) haha, thanks, I didn't even think about the blackboards. Do schools still have those? :) Edited February 5, 2018 by kc2dc Quote
