Looks like a good contest brewing up. I have a feeling one of the clocks will be a podium finisher.

I did see a lot of clocks on Jan Beyer's Facebook page. Is there a clock thing going on online or at TLG?

On Sunday 28 January at precisely 13:58, it was 60 years since the LEGO Group received the patent for the LEGO® brick.
All clocks on his profile are sporting 13:58 :classic:

Can I include 2 short extra videos instead of a second and a third picture in my entry post?

No, one video. Shouldn't be too hard to merge both videos into one.

Okay, I merged them. Thanks!

@Lionintown will probably be disqualified, as he did not create and link discussion topic in his entry post. Noted him twice already. Time is running out. Also the matter of pictures size.

@Aventador2004 please resize your picture size in your entry topic. There is already lots of pictures in there, every bigger picture will slow it down unnecessary.

This is really a great competition. It's awesome what creativity was spark from such a simple premise.

It's going to be hard to decide on which entries to vote

Although i'm biased towards clockwork-mechanisms, the vehicles are very creative.

Will the voting be the usual Formula 1 point scoring?

Yes sir!

There will be 50% member and 50% jury voting, but the voting scheme is the same as usual.

Ok @Milan, my pictures had been resized to 800x600 already, but relinked the smaller ones.

Thanks.

Resizing is not using the editor's height and width option. That only makes the display smaller, but the image is still its original format.

Try to download the picture you post in the topic. That way you can see what is loaded into the post. Your pictures, before resizing, were 2200x1700. They still are of this size in your discussion topic. Ok, we won't chase each and every picture, but we need to make sure all the pics are the right size on the Contest topic.

I used the 800x600 link from bricksafe, not sure why?

Edit: they say 800x600 when downloading...
