Petaldan throws yet another Fire Bomb at the final Reinvigorating Root.

I look sadly on as the Founders fade from view.

"I promise that I will do all in my power to see your vision come to pass."

Focusing on the situation at hand, I call over to our Weather Mage.

"Heckz! Any chance that we can get this weather changed to something a bit more suitable to archdemon slaying?

Petaldan ponders attempting to unleash a flood, but feels now may not be the best time to attempt it.

Arthur surveys the others as their counterattack takes shape.  "Well done, everyone, but we've still got a bit to go.  Nobody should attack Rosier twice in a row before someone's had a chance to heal them; if your first move is an attack on Rosier, your second is a conditional self-heal, or some other action that can't take you down if you're hanging on the brink.  Heckz, I think some Cold weather would be in order."

Following his own advice, Arthur uses the First Breath to meditate, then consumes the Hero's Cocktail from the Hollow Blade of his Duplovian Swift Halberd and melee attacks Rosier with said Halberd from the Front Row.

Karie downs a grand tonic from the back row, throwing the bottle at the Rosier once she had finished guzzling it down.

"Oi! Yeah, I'm talking to you, you giant vegetable with limbs! I'm going to send you back to whatever realm you came from, and when I do, I want you to remember who it was that did so! The lot of us And if you ever get an inkling of an idea of returning, I intend to kick your megablocks so hard it'll cause you to think twice before doing so!"

Rone watches in a bittersweet silence as the old Duplovian fades away. He wishes he'd had longer to talk to the man, to ask him how much he knew about the old city or the walls... but much like the Miracleworker, that life was lone gone. It was time to look to the present.

I can't say I wouldn't prefer to put all six bolts into her at once, but that's a sensible plan. Here we go, Heroes. It's all or nothing.

Dyric fires at Rosier (three times) from the back row. He then drinks a potion if he takes damage, otherwise he fires again.

(Err, neither of you should need to do that.  @Waterbrick Down, Unless I'm mistaken Lind's Arrogant Prick would've also affected Remedying Root F, meaning that Torald's attack would've been directed at Reinvigorating Root F. If that's the case then all roots on our side are dead.)

Okay, got it. Torald fiddles a bit more till he feels the less familiar flask in which the Grand Tonic comes. Cheers!

Muttering something involving the word fabulous, the Weather Mage attempted to change the weather, and predict a Cold Forecast. with his Opal.

The Black Knight nodded as the demon struck at Nazgulie. "I'm going to attack Periwinkle with Gladius.

Kiray, could you come after us, and attack whoever isn't dead? Alternatively, if you have a spare action, one more Tonic would put Throlar to nearly full - but given how much damage the center is doing, I don't know if he'll need it before the battle's over."

Boomingham watches warily as the Founders disintegrate. He's sure a poet would be able to make something of it: him, displaced from time, being forced to forget his past, having his past come back to haunt him, his past threatening his present... but he's not a poet and so instead he feels a curious heart ache he decides to leave unexamined for the moment. Turning his attention to Rosier he rushes at her, attacking her twice with Scupperer from the front row.

"No, no, no. Everyone stop what you're doing. Petaldan, I don't need a tonic, I'm going to be constantly replenishing ether for the foreseeable future, it'll be fine. Lind, you're the only person attacking right now. Everyone else stop, you're not attacking anyone right now. We have an opportunity to prepare ourselves for our engagement with Rosier, let's not just rush headlong into a fight with her before we're ready."

( @Waterbrick Down, shouldn't I have thirteen ether from the transcended effect?)

3. Throlar removes Amulet of Elven Loyalty and equips Lens of Speed Reading (If the free scroll use comes into effect instantly Throlar will also use Scroll of Elemental Aura (Fire) on Kiray).
4. Eric uses Dragon Scale.
5. Ezeran removes Bad Luck Charm and equips White Ninja Cowl.
6. Germ uses Nostrum on Heckz.
7. Heckz uses Smelling Salts.
8. Heckz forecasts Cold weather.
9. Lind does nothing (Stunned.) Free Action, Lind removes Skull Shield and equips Shield of the Silent Knight.
10. Lind vs Nazgulie and Periwinkle, Bifrost Blades.
11. Petaldan drinks Ambrosia.
12. Torald drinks Grand Tonic.

Lind is Stunned, his SHIELD happened on his second attack, so he'll only be able to attack once this round.

OoC: Gladius does more damage...Unless I roll a SHIELD I don't know if I'll be able to take them both out with the Blades. (I'd do the math, but I'm busy with other things.)

Vindsval looks around at all of the companions and summed creatures taking part in the battle, it jogs a memory of a long forgotten item in his possession.  He reaches into his largest pouch and pulls out a non-descript sack.   He opens it and reaches a clawed hand into its depths, pulling out two iridescent pebbles.  They appear neither natural nor of this realms.  Each has a tiny spark within, that begins to pulse brighter with each breath the giant takes.

Not exactly as expected, but shall we see what can be drawn forth. 

He closes the bag and returns it to his pouch.  

I am uncertain what these will do my friends, perhaps some space is warranted.

He steps back and looks for a slightly cleared area.  Finding it he tosses the two stones to the ground where they shatter and omit a shimmer bank of a fog like substance.  As he watches, two indistinct forms begin to appear.  He waits to see what will emerge from the mist.

That is not the problem, it is just thirty people think they are in charge...

As he changes plands yet again, he uses a Nostrum on the flaming Weather Mage (Heckz) from the back row...
