???theriddler??? Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 ALFRED GAMEPLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And at 40 sec till 43 sec, batgirl!!!!!! Quote
The Penguin Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 "Oh, that Alfred! Never fails to amaze me!" © 60-s Thanks comrade-villain! ) Good day, gentlemen! ) Quote
CF Mitch Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Wow, thanks for that, ???theriddler?? Hm, Alfred sure seems agile for his old age Not that he seems very old as a MF Greetings, CF W Quote
Pencoin Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Cool Alfred at Batgirl, very cool. Also did anyone notice that there were friendly npcs walking around the levels? Quote
Andrex Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Haha that's brilliant! I love that tray attack =P. Briefcases and trays, the heroes sure get the best weapons! -- Andrex Quote
trooperdavinfelth Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 That's absolutely brilliant! I love how he does the double jump and uses the tray as a support! It's so cool how he fights with one fist whilst holding the tray with the other... That's also pretty neat how Batgirl has hair on the back of her head coming from beneath the cowl. Quote
Batbrick Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Go Alfred! He seems pretty fit, i love how he always carries the tray. But the best part to me is the classic Alfred butler pose with his hand/s behind his back, so cool. But where is this tray attack? I can't see any part of the video where he uses it? Batbrick Away! Quote
Zarkan Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 (edited) Man, Alfred's sure agile for an old man. Maybe he's taking steroids? Or maybe he found the fountain of youth? Nah, I bet he's just going to Poison Ivy's youthness spa and will eventually turn into a tree. Edited August 25, 2008 by Grevious Quote
Green Ghost Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 BATGIRL gameplay with a little bit MAN-BAT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EB3vru0ZG9I Quote
Andrex Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 Batbrick, my mistake! He doesn't use his tray as an attack. Nonetheless, what an excellent character! -- Andrex Quote
hewkii9 Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 Except for the Batgirl/Manbat stuff. So is the Batgirl/Manbat stuff in Free Play or is he a hero? Quote
Batbrick Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 Batbrick, my mistake! He doesn't use his tray as an attack. Nonetheless, what an excellent character!-- Andrex Thanks for that confirmation, too bad he doesn't. But I still reckon he might do something with it, he'd have to have a special attack. Oh, and Batgirl and Manbat look great. I love that Batgirl has her own colour batarangs, what a neat touch, and her moves look pretty unique too. Next up I want to see a full Manbat vid. Batbrick Away! Quote
hewkii9 Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Thanks for that confirmation, too bad he doesn't. But I still reckon he might do something with it, he'd have to have a special attack. Maybe it's his Batarang? I'm waiting on the few remaining villains - fingers crossed for Maxie Zeus and Ra's! And another idea - with the characters being divided into two separate classes [Heroes and Villains] wouldn't it be fair to theorize that, were Superman an unlockable character, a Superman villain might also appear, say, Bizarro or Lex Luthor? The Penguin Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Pathetic! But I'll have my revenge on those designers! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! ) Quote
Pencoin Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Please do, most of their games have been bad insted of good . Quote
The Penguin Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Well, I'm not sure about most, but Indiana was obviously not the best one! ) Quote
Brainbox Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Alfred finally gets to do something. Man-Bat looks neat, even if we can't see much of him. Batgirl looks, um, hot. I love that mask/hair piece though, it looks really cool. The designers have really gone to town on the henchmen though, they all look different. Ivy's gardeners, and I assume that's Riddler's lot in the green suits. Quote
Andrex Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Hmm, I just got two updates on my preorder for the PSP version of Lego Batman =). "As you may already be aware, the UK release date for LEGO Batman: The Video Game has changed to 10-Oct-2008. Changes to release dates are relatively common in the videogames industry and are unfortunately beyond our control. Don't worry, your order is still live and will be despatched prior to its release date via your chosen method of delivery." "We are delighted to inform you that we have been able to reduce the selling price of LEGO Batman: The Video Game to 19.99 GBP Your credit / debit card will be charged with the new, lower price upon despatch of your order, even if the price goes up again before launch!" So some good, and some bad. But if you're interested, there you go! -- Andrex Quote
