Akkhraziel Posted June 10, 2005 Posted June 10, 2005 Locally I found 4748 for about $ 40.00 USD. (plus tax) There were two, if such a thing floats your boat, contact me. I'm not terribly certain how long they will be on the shelf at that price. Akkh Edit: If a mod could edit the title to make up for my horrible typing.
xwingyoda Posted June 10, 2005 Posted June 10, 2005 For those who wonder what is this set, its Ogel's Mountain Fortress ;) http://www.brickset.com/search.aspx?Set=4748-1
The Middleman Posted June 10, 2005 Posted June 10, 2005 Oooh. I've been looking to pick this one up for a long time, but $70 was way too much. What about shipping?
Akkhraziel Posted June 10, 2005 Author Posted June 10, 2005 Shipping: However much it runs...I'm not exactly looking to make a profit (If I were, this would be headed for Brinklink :-D ) I'm willing to take any and all advice on streamlinging it for shipping. Akkh
Governor Mister Phes Posted June 12, 2005 Governor Posted June 12, 2005 Locally I found 4748 for about $ 40.00 USD. (plus tax) Whadda ya mean plus tax? Does that include that tax, or is the tax additional?

Come on Phes, don't you know that in the US all prices never reflect the vat ? ;) So you would have to add x% (depending on the state you are in) to 40$ Hope have enlightened your day ;)
Jipay Posted June 12, 2005 Posted June 12, 2005 *waiting for the french "soldes"* With the huge success of the alpha team here (/irony off), i'm sure to find most of the sets at 50
Akkhraziel Posted June 12, 2005 Author Posted June 12, 2005 To wit: Plus tax would mean that it does not include tax...owever running the quick numbers on the calculator it woould seem that the price, tax inclusive, would be 43.33, give or take a penny or two and depending on if they round up or not.
