These are great suggestions!

If anybody ever says they can't think of something to build this will be the thread we point them towards.

At a later date we should go back and add short definitions to each item to fully clarify what they are.

army

fleet

prison

castaway

chinese junk

frigate

stronghold

palace

pirate map

treasure trove

sloop

big parrot

Maybe if you are up to it....

A KRAKEN

Regards, Captain Zuloo :-)

If we have galleon, man-o-war and schooner, what about the other types?

Brig

Corvette

Frigate

Merchantman

Ship of the line

Sloop

VOC-ship

That's all I can think about for now, but there's probably more! :-)

Thankyou for making my idea. Maybe you could categorize ships and keep them away from the other stuff so you don't have a huge list of ships mixed in. Oh well *sad* enough ranting.

I'll edit this post if I get any more ideas ;-) !

Actually it would be better if you created a new post because

1) It's easier to find it's the latest post

2) It bumps the thread and then I know there's a new suggestion

Yes, some for of categorisation will probably be necessary for the future as one big list will be daunting. But for now we'll just add them as they come.

How about a city/village?

Corvette

A car in a pirate forum?! *wacko* But they make cool cars....

Second sentence:

For the automobile, see Chevrolet Corvette. For the aircraft, see A

The list is updated once more!

The list seems to include a few things we don't often in MOC form, like light houses, mills and plantations.

Are there any MOCers out there who want to have a stab at bringing these ideas into reality?

I was thinking of doing an alphabet project for pirates like I did for Castle and started for town.

Never got around to it though. Maybe I'll have to start.

What about figures?

Admiral

Bucaneer

Cabin Boy

D?

E?

...?

Steve

Not in any real order, but.....

-Port Royal (THE Port Royal)

-London (has a river for ports)

-Venice <3

-Grecco-Persian War (can you say Battle of Platea?)

-Romance of the Three Kingdoms (I know for certain there is a large naval war around the end of the story. <3 for Ancient Chinese warships and hueg ballistae)

-Hispanoila (as in the ship)

-Marsielle <3

-Lisbon (Portugese capital, is also on the waterfront, I beleive)

-Fort Fisher, Wilmington (INCREDIBLY important Confederate port during the American Civil War)

-Fort Sumter, Charleston (another Confederate port)

-Vicksburg (town on the Missisippi, also invovled in the Civil War)

-Hong Kong <3

-Phillipine Isles (during Spanish Colonization)

-Moby Dick (the entire book in general has tons of MOC capability)

-Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (a video game, a ZELDA video game, set on the high seas! There's gotta be SOMETHING you'll love there! <3)

That's all I got for now... are we limited to the Wind and Sail, or can it be ANYTHING involving ships? Because if that's so I have a few more ideas....
