Milan Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 TECHNIC PULLBACK CONTEST - VOTING TOPIC Voting will be open for at variable period of time. Closing date will most likely be somewhere between one and two weeks. VOTING RULES AND REGULATIONS Voting scheme uses the old Formula One style point distribution (10, 6, 4, 3, 2 and 1 POINT) You need to assign 10 points to the 1st place, 6 points to the second and so one. You need to vote for 6 ENTRIES (no more, no less) Clearly mention the ENTRY NUMBER and the NUMBER OF POINTS per entry that you vote on. If you joined Eurobricks after the start of the contest, you can be banned from voting (when vote rigging is suspected) You may NOT vote for your own entry. In the event of a tie for any place the Technic Staff will decide which entry wins. Our decision is final. Questions about voting can be asked in the Discussion Topic. For example (entries randomly chosen): --- comments can be placed above the votes 5: 10 (no comments here please) 6: 6 1: 4 9: 3 7: 2 3: 1 Or comments can be placed below the votes ---- NOTES Please use this exact notation NUMBER: VOTES (with a colon). Please don't type #1:10, 1 = 10 or 1) 10 or other notations. Stick to the example format shown above. Please use this thread only for voting. You may explain why you made your choice, but any general discussion should take place in the Discussion Topic. Comments should be placed ABOVE or BELOW the votes. Please don't comment on the same line as the votes. VOTING Voting scheme will be 50-50, so member votes count for 50% and jury votes count for 50%. Voting criteria are (in no particular order): Originality. Looks (shape, color scheme etc). Quality of the build. Functionality. ColletArrow Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 10: 10 15: 6 25: 4 19: 3 22: 2 9: 1 A very difficult one, as usual; how do I compare a clock, a bridge and a car? Nice to see the variety though. Good luck to all who took part!
Seasider Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 3:10 24:6 22:4 15:3 1:2 17:1 Some great entries from everyone (as usual) ... Good Luck everyone

Marxpek Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 (edited) 15: 10 25: 6 3: 4 24: 3 10: 2 13: 1 Sorry no votes for decorated pull-back motors (but there were some very nice looking ones, well done!) but this is a technic forum, in my mind we needed some more mechanical functions. Great fun and well done all! Edited February 10, 2018 by Marxpek

Rudivdk Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 (edited) 24:10 3:6 10:4 11:3 9:2 12:1 This was a very nice competition, with creations well over my expectations of what could be done with a pullback. Hard to choose from all entries, all where really good! Good luck to all competitors! @Xewyz2001 you forgot to score the 4 points... Edited February 5, 2018 by Rudivdk
lcvisser Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 25 :10 8 :6 24 :4 10 :3 9 :2 3 :1 So many great entries, it's difficult to choose! I'm also surprised at the huge variety of ideas. Well done everybody and good luck
Great Ball Pit Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 3: 10 10: 6 22: 4 17: 3 15: 2 13: 1 Great builds everyone!

Leonard Goldstein Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 3: 10 2: 6 10: 4 24: 3 18: 2 16: 1 So many beautiful entries! It was quite difficult to portion the points. Good luck to all competitors!
schraubedrin Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 24: 10 8: 6 19: 4 2: 3 10: 2 12: 1 I really like this contest. Voting was difficult as there were entries in completely different directions. Some focused on design, some on mechanics and some on presentation. I wish i could give more points to more contestants
Berthil Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 (edited) 19: 10 10: 6 2: 4 13: 3 15: 2 22: 1 19 simply the best because of so much technical features within an existing design. 10 also very good but that's gonna win anyway so not first on my list :) Edited February 5, 2018 by Berthil
nerdsforprez Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 10 : 10 24 : 6 15 : 4 26 : 3 2 : 2 19 : 1 Btw... some very nice builds. But I feel that some of the videos showed the looks of their models nice, but almost no footage of them actually working. People vary on this, but function needs to be a huge, if not main focus of builds AND the videos.....
