Keep movin… buyin from mouldking which is stealing ideas from others

You ain't going to like this, but isn't selling SW MOC instructions stealing from Disney? Or is that OK because we're stealing from a big corporation?

I bought the MK set. Why? Coz I don't have the time to source the parts (plus the cost of rare parts). And yes, I also bought the instructions from Cavegod.

From what I've learned it's a total reconstruction completely changing the instructions and is going to be a new set of instructions entirely due to having over 16,000 pieces more.

Hi, this is Tobias Nieder, I'm the one doing the instructions. I'm not very active here, thus my silence to the topic.

We just received the file and are currently checking on the parts. We try to make it affordable as possible. Afterwards I'm starting doing the instructions. The Sandcrawler now features a full interior (one of the points which was most desired according to V1), thus the part count is that high in comparison. Also there are ways to light it up and some motors. Depending on the way it's built I'm trying to make it as modular as possible, so maybe one can skip certain parts of the instructions and go on if he just wants the hull, but I cannot promise that at this point, it's just an idea right now.

At the moment, I cannot give a deadline when I'm done, it's a huge project and it needs time to give it the justice it deserves. Myself or Cavegod will let you know about progress :-)

Hi guys, happy to share a bit the idea and the aim for V2...and why it comes to 28.000+ parts :)

Should you follow our work at The Brick Collective and Brick Moon, you will know that we have big aims and goals for the MOCs we do. With the help of Erick Poussart we all (Cavegod, Tobias Nieder, Erick Poussart and myself) decided to bring Cavegod`s masterpiece to another level..to V2. Means:
design, details, functions and an interior, which will give you a feeling how the life could be on a Sandcrawler. We want to turn a new page in displaying MOCs. You all know these books...where spaceships, ground vehicles gives you a peak inside...kind of halfway open. But you also see, how it looks in general. This is our aim...when you display this MOC, you see also the life inside. This is really a competition...and as you see, it takes years of working...but we are really happy about the result. Now we are starting the instruction work...and later my aim is also to create very exclusive & all included building kits (yes...28.000+ LEGO parts sorted)...but step by step. At first we do the instructions.

For the past 3-4 years the Cavegod SC V.1 (original) has been my obsession. I would like to thanks Brickmoon, The Brick Collective and Cavegod for giving me the opportunity on the SC V.2. With this SC V.2 I wanted to push the limits of what we can do with LEGO's by having details where ever you look regardless of the angle you are looking at. Also, with this redesign model one big thing I wanted was to hide all LED's wiring and expansion boards, which mean channels through false walls, etc...without modifying any bricks and/or plates. There's about 100 +/- a few...lol.. LED's and numerous expansion boards all hiding within this model. Anyway hopefully you guys enjoy the SC V.2 and am looking forward to seeing some of you tackling this massive 29 000+ beast.

This may be asking too much, but will there be an additional parts list for those who had purchased the instructions and parts for version one when it became available?
