March 9, 200816 yr But that's a bit more tedious and may not produce as good of a result. X-D True, but what was stated was that you "needed" to have a picture with a green background and that is false. The lasso tool comes a lot easier to work with if you use the feather function, or blur the edges when you are done cutting out the main image...
March 9, 200816 yr The most annoying part is trimming out the background of whatever I took the picture of the moc on and dropping it onto the photoshopped background It looks so flawless. Nice job! I'll have to work on the box look for sure. Thanks for the info! So far I love the Walk in the Park entry and the Prison entry. Those are just great! I'm learning a lot from trying these contests and seeing other entries. It's making me more addicted to Lego building. :-D Edited March 9, 200816 yr by HopelessMagic

March 9, 200816 yr Wheeeeeeeeeeee! Thanks Sinner for such a fun little contest to while away my Sunday afternoon. I loved the challenge of coming up with something exciting and sturdily built with just 27 pieces. It was real tough but I had a blast and I'm really pleased with the result (just posted it in the entry thread). It seems as if it's really caught people's imaginations, and I love the variety of the themes covered so far, from M-Tron to Spongebob! Fantastic! Woo! (Whizzes off to do laundry and clean the kitchen). X-D Edited March 9, 200816 yr by PaulC

March 9, 200816 yr Great Entries Everyone! *y* They are well done! *yoda* s prisoner toilet is very practical :-D There certainly is a wide diversity of themes! I excepted base themes from today like SW,City and so on But, wow! Creative entries from spongebob to M-tron! Impulse On!! P
March 9, 200816 yr *yoda* s prisoner toilet is very practical :-D X-D especially with those handcuffs :-P I hesitated to include that toilet paper role but I decided ti be nice with that prisinner :-D But I have so many ideas for other themes like City, SW, Indy, WW........... Yeay me too !! And I ave so many fun and not very politically correct ideas for City X-D Oh well, I'll transfer them to Licenses if we can ;-) *yoda*
March 9, 200816 yr Added my entry, a little Pirates number called Stolen Treasure. *pirate* In keeping with the newer style, I used a modern head for the pirate (something I've never mixed into the theme before), a reddish brown boat/chest, dark bley seats, and a more recent style of lantern than the old traditional pirates offering. As a throwback to the more traditional, however, the back of the box features an old style set story for your reading enjoyment. If there is going to be a chance to enter more, I probably will. I have a couple of other things in mind. Impulse On! *y*
March 9, 200816 yr X-D especially with those handcuffs :-P I hesitated to include that toilet paper role but I decided ti be nice with that prisinner :-D Now the only problem is how to use toilet paper with handcuffs :-P X-D Yeay me too !! So please you can click on the link in my sig and you can tell me about mine here .. thanks :-) == Rupee == People usually post replies to entries all at the same time-meaning everyone's at once. There are a lot of entries in this contest and they're coming up fast so give people some time to respond. It doesn't sound strange, everyone knows the feeling. You're excited about your first entry. That's totally fine. Just show a little more patience, okay? Thanks... ;-)
March 10, 200816 yr I'm confused. *wacko* I thought the rules said no baseplates? Source of confusion (but a very nice park scene):
