Siegfried Posted June 19, 2008 Author Posted June 19, 2008 :-$ Er... From Hinckley's post! X-D That's it; blame Hinckley! Great to see good backstories to mocs like this, it also makes the moc itself a lot richer for having a past, great work! I agree; most of my MOCs have a backstory. I like adding a story to a MOC... hence my Indy competition! How much do you want for that?? Get me 8880 and I'll send it to you. By the way do you plan to post instructions? Please? Well it isn't that hard to make.... but here are some more pictures. (Sorry about the last picture; my camera is dying... ) But could this take the Bat Tank? I'm not so sure... Sure it could; the Bat Tank hasn't even got a main gun. Quote
Tom_castlefan Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 I love the story in this! The creation is very good also - a very well presented, stereotypical view of dwarf steam-punk technology. Nice work! Tom Quote
Manta Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 Wow! This thing is crazy! I love it! A mobile steampunk dwarf still, who would of thought? But therein lies the genius ;-) I'll comment further when I read into it further, but for now I'll say, what a terrific design! The looser treads look great, and the overall design is lovely and almost faultless. Love the front too!I'll read the backstory and comment further as said before, but for now, I'm tired, and this lovely moc is a great way to close the night :'-) To the Bricksignal! >:-) Wish I had one, Great MOC. Norro Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Sorry to raise an old thread... but I just noticed this in Sinner's sig (it was posted while I was away...) and had to reply. A great build, I love the degree to which the model compliments the story. So many dovetailing elements always mark out my faviourite MOCs. The overall scale, and relative height of the mobile still is also brilliant. Great work and thanks for sharing! God Bless, Nathan Quote
Guss Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 It's a nice moc, I didn't see it too, I like it ! Quote
Zorro Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 It's a nice moc, I didn't see it too, I like it ! Whats not to like about it? I saw a home-made dwarven battle tank from a game once on a German toysmarket, i believe it was from designed as a Warcraft unit. Yours is larger and at least as good as his however. (and he demanded a small fortune if i remember correct) Quote
UsernameMDM Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 Nicely done! Gotta go out and get some tank treads now. Quote
