UFO Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 I'm looking to make the big red bat winged Robotnik Robot from the Sonic the Hegdehog Movie. Problem is, I have no pics to compare it to but the vids on the internet. How do I copy and paste a screen or screenshots or just a picture of the screen and then put it on MS Paint or somehting so that I can save it? I hope i can explain things properly...I'd appriciate if someone could translate that into normal understandable English too... Quote
iamded Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 It depends whether you use Windows, Mac, or Linux. I think. Here's what I do anyway: If you look at your key-board, up the top you see all the F1, F2, F3 etc. keys, then on the same line as they are, on the right of the keyboard, there should be a "PrtScn" or "PrtScn/SysRq" button. That's the "Print Screen" button, and if you push it, it copies your screen: takes a screenshot. Then you just need to go into paint, and go "paste", and it will past the screenshot you took. Hope that helps. *sweet* ~Peace Quote

Some video players like Media Player Classic can save frames though. Give it a try anyway, but if you need more help UFO we need more info! Software, system, filetype... that kind of stuff! ;-) Quote
UFO Posted April 5, 2008 Author Posted April 5, 2008 Cool beans. Metal Robotnik Click: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Ginrai/UFO/sonicmovie.jpg I'm planning on making him sometime. If I ever get around to going in the attic and pulling out my Legos, though he'll probably be made of Bionicles. Quote
