I can't seem to make a strong enough drive shaft for my 4x4 buggies, particularly front set ups. The hub joint usually pops out using technic hubs and cv joint. Making my own hubs and using universal joints is better. Current model is powered by 2 x L motors and Buwizz. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

For front hubs try narrowing (limiting) steering angle; an excessively low gear ratio can be another cause.

Until you provide us with some photos it's hard to say exactly where is the problem.

Some photos would be nice... And allow us to help. But for a general rule... Make sure the CV joint is braced so it cannot pop out by sliding backwards, either on front or rear.
