It reminded me of a Fiero before this update (when the windshield was steeper), but now with the roof moved back a stud, kinda starting to see the NSX. After all, this MOC is technically a blend of several existing supercars :)
June 29, 20186 yr OK, I guess the chassis was just giving me the illusion for a super long chassis. It's awesome!

June 30, 20186 yr Wow. Great appearance so far, I can't wait to see the finished product. Are you planning to close some of the gaps in the hood? Maybe it's just me, but the gaps are at odds with the totally paneled doors. Just a little bit.

Maybe it's just me, but the gaps are at odds with the totally paneled doors. Just a little bit. Thank you The hood is already a compromise. I tried like a bunch of other solutions that didn't work so well, so i settled with this. I tried putting beams between the panels, but I didn't like the result as much, so I stuck with this more open design.
July 3, 20186 yr Author UPDATE 7/3/18 The Red Beryl GT has been completed after slightly over a month's work. I expected the build to take much longer, but it's finished, so yay! A total of 4 Bricklink orders were made in the process, although some were pretty small. I'll try to get photos and videos uploaded this week, as well as get it registered for BrickFair. This MOC finished way earlier than I expected, so I'm now a month ahead of schedule for BrickFair. I might try to squeeze in another MOC for BrickFair before the end of the month.
July 4, 20186 yr Awesome!!! Can't wait to see pictures of the completed MOC!!! If able, I may even head over to the BrickFair to see it in person!!! I wish you the best of luck as you attempt to finish another MOC in time!!
